That's 1 more than we've won in the last 20 years Lighty.
I feel a bit sorry for you, that if Jose does get us over the line, you won't be able to celebrate or enjoy it because of this weird, unhealthy bitterness that you're harbouring.
I know I take the piss and whatnot, but Its sad that any Spus fan should be in this position.
Tottenham rejuvenated under Jose while we’re stuck with two Spanish bums.
You hate to see it.
Ffs westham you really made it easy for mourinho
Boring Mourinho scoring more goals in one game than we have all season.
No need to worry about Sp**s finishing ahead of us. If things stay like this, Norwich will finish ahead of us.
It completely went over my head that all Sp**s had to do was win one game to go above us.
One win to put them 6th and they were still ambitious enough to change manager while we sit a wait for things to get worse. Basically that's St.Totteringham's day gone this season. Expect Sp**s to rack up the wins under Jose over the coming months while we'll have a nightmare December into January. The more ways you look at it the more our situation becomes an absolute joke. Don Raul masterclass.
Great, so that’s Sp**s finishing above us for a 4th year...and the worst part is, as bad as West Ham are, they will definitely beat us in a few weeks...which is my birthday...Wilshere hat trick incoming!
Kane is everything you'd expect Mourinho to want in a front man
He's everything you'd want from a front man, full stop. Unless you're Messi or Ronaldo I'd prefer a front man who can hold things up, bring others into play, run the channels WHILE ALSO being absolutely lethal and making good runs to get into scoring positions. He has everything, he's the best number 9 on the planet and now under Mourinho's fresh ideas you'll see that more than ever. Under Poch things got stale and the whole team suffered. Many had knee jerk reactions to this, some others were a bit more cautious in making bold claims about Kane not being the strike he once was.
Yeah, 100% sure Jose will finish above Emery.
Just seen Mourinho in a nutshell.
- 3 nil up via dogged work and counter attacks.
- Fails to go for the jugular and drops back a few yards.
- Concedes two late goals but squeezes a win.
Sound familiar? Anyone who wanted Mourinho needs their head checking.
Lol, that last quote. Didn't watch the match. Major cope due to Emery being their manager.Arsenal Mania:
I'd never do that, until the day he was sacked I wanted him to turn it around...I couldn't see it happening, when it was clear he'd lost the dressing room (Bayern/Brighton) I felt it was time for change.what I class as unhealthy is fans that wanted us to lose to get rid of Poch. you might have not been one of those, but you were full force on wanting him out.
I will want Spurs to win, and will be happy after a win, but it doesn't mean I have to support him just like other people don't support Levy
First one was my favourite.Lol, that last quote. Didn't watch the match. Major cope due to Emery being their manager.
All gravy as far as I'm concerned.First one was my favourite.
Everton fans think the same, it truly is amazingOne of the dads at my littl’un’s football team supports West Ham and he said to me today that it was a shock that Poch lost his job etc. He said to me ‘We need to get him in to West Ham and sack Pellegrini’. I thought he was mucking around so I said ‘Yeah and you should probably try and get Messi on a swap deal with Noble too’. He then said ‘You think Poch wouldn’t come to West Ham? We’ve got money to burn which he didn’t get at Spurs’. All this without a hint of humour or cheeky-chappiness. I said ‘No you’re right, i’m sure he’ll turn down the likes of Bayern, Utd, Madrid etc to go to Stratford’.
He genuinely thinks they could get Poch. He’s a decent guy too. Weird. I tried to be polite and say that Poch is a loyal type and probably wouldn’t go to a London club but what I meant was Poch is a loyal type and probably wouldn’t go to a London club that are 3 levels below the standard of a decent premiership club.

Just saw this tweet by Lord Flashheart (same as SC’s?).

Mark Noble is the personification of West Ham Football Club. Won nothing, done nothing, gammon side-parting, short-man syndrome, shirt aggressively tucked-in.
The literally pointless comeback to 2-3 has left opinions split on KUMB.
Some think West Ham are shit and Spurs not much better.
Having watched it again, Spurs looked even more **** than when I was in the stadium. How ****ing bad are we to be 3-0 down at home to them at one point...
Others think West Ham are shit and Spurs pretty decent
We are a million miles off Spurs. They don’t have one outfield player in their squad who wouldn’t walk straight into our first 11. It’s about time we took the blinkers off. In Son, Kane and Alli, they have 3 boys who can give it and throw their weight around. Mourinho will give them that nous and nasty streak to win a trophy. Now compare that with our front 3. Cowardly...and weak.
But, all in all, they're pretty much agreed that West Ham are shit. In all, the debate was probably best summed up by this post
A pretty average Spurs side were made to look like world beaters for 70 minutes. We all know it could have been 4,5 or even 6 nil by then. The club is so mithered and apathetic that it takes just a couple of bad results and we collapse, just as we are now. The eventual outcome will be a season where we don't scrape into mid-table and do go down. The whole club is just geared to failure from top to bottom. Without new owners, a new board, a new manager and a new team we're going nowhere.
Hmm. So change everything apart from the fans and West Ham will be OK? Not quite...
And we've lost the fan-base. For our "cup-final", just how **** was that atmosphere?
Oh dear.
A hairdresser of European extraction with a fondness for Arsenal said to me about a decade ago that Mourinho goes to clubs with good teams, not just anywhere. He must see potential at Spurs.Really surprised he didn't hang on for Arsenal, they have shown that they'll splash a bit of cash at least. Maybe Levy thinks by getting Mourinho in he'll stop a player exodus in the Summer? Not so sure Jose has that aura about him anymore. How long before we hear rumours from Mourinho about "broken spending promises", "squad too small" etc. I can never hate Mourinho for what he did at Chelsea and this move does nothing to taint that legacy in my eyes, but it IS getting harder to remain fond of the guy.
He has just refused to rule out returning again in his Spurs presser.I doubt he wanted to come back for a third time
From The Shed End
...
They all bloody love him now!I wonder if the Spurs fanbase will end up as split and toxic as ours? Probably not as I'd presume most of their supporters have always disliked Jose?
Yeah...I totally forgot winning in the past means automatically you will win in the future, recent circumstance and history be damned.
Rubbish. The team Mourinho took over was complete crap. The team that Solskjaer took over was far better than that. It's not hyperbole to say he pushed this club back a few years. Honestly.
He probably will finish above us. He's outdated and stubborn, with a tendency to self destruct, but he's a considerably better manager than Ole. People forget that he finished 2nd with us just 18 months ago.it would be funny if by the end of the season, Mourinho finishes above Ole.
