A very scrappy game especially in the second half. Tel put in a shift as did Richarlison and Danso was good at the back. Nice little cameo from Moore as well.Given the circumstances I’ll take the draw at their place. Conceding their equalizer means we’ve given up 26 points from winning positions. That sums up our season; a lack of grit and nous to hold on to what we’ve got. If we’d held on to keep half of those points the season would have a much more positive vibe about it.

Only positive, if any, is Mikey Moore is available and can be called up in EL...
If he is given the chance, he will contribute positively am sure

How’d we play? Who was good who was bad?
It was ok at times, we had some decent moments

Vicario: awful for their goal, and with the ball at his feet, redeemed himself with a good save second half
Archie: looked rusty and up vs Kudus he struggled a bit
Danso: solid
Davies: caught sleeping for their goal
Spence: poor first half, good second half
Sarr: ok
Bissouma: decent again
Kulu: really lacking sharpness
Tel: good, made the goal happen, probably should have scored with his chance second half but put it straight at their keeper
Richy: worked really hard, got kicked off the pitch by Kilman
Odobert: nicely taken goal, didn't offer much else though

Moore: worked hard when he came on and probably the only player who retained the ball well all game

That was a terrible game. You can see why both teams are sitting where they are. At least we didn’t lose.

You can't tell me we haven't fundamentally adapted our approaches to games now whereby we actually choose tactics to suit the opposition, given that we've seen more than a few instances of direct non-possession obsessed football. And it's actually been very helpful.

Seems the penny finally dropped a little while ago that playing all-out attack in the exact same style every week wasn't going to win us the league after all. Who could have known, eh?!

Not losing to West Ham is always commendable though and not picking up any more injuries to key players before Thursday was the main aim of the game here.

Bring on Bodo!

Fine but the game was so flat, I've heard more exciting wakes than their stadium today! The near-constant fouling killed the game as a competition too, nobody could really work up a head of steam.

IMO Tel was good first half, Bissouma had another good game, Wilson took his goal really well & Moore was exciting when he came on. Missed Richy when he went off too but I expect he's being saved for Bodo.

Poor game all round. Definitely one of those end of season games where they all just want to get through it.

Didn't lose and no injuries (as far as I am aware). Thursday is all that matters.

Well at least we didn’t lose . Very worrying that without Bergvil and Maddison we look devoid of ideas. If we reach the final . We are going to have to defend deep and try and nick a goal . Don’t think we can out score Utd this time

Tel does not look like a 50 million pound player at this stage of his career
In fairness to him, he created our two best chances (including assisting the goal) - on each ocassion getting his head up early, demonstrating good awareness of his teammates (positions and movement) to pick them out with precise and perfectly weighted passes. They were the sort of passes that we're happy about when it's Maddison / Son / Kulusevski.
