Certainly got an interesting spin!

slightly annoyed as my nephew has a birthday party and I cancelled all football plans this weekend (playing and watching) so I could take my kids along.

my brothers missus family are all West Ham.

regret that decision now, but I found myself getting so fucked off watching us... well, we’ve all been there before ?

1-0 Eric Dier from Harry Kane's pass in injury time after Spurs have played with ten men for an hour after Danny Rose is harshly red carded for handball on the line.

Expecting back to basics organisation and passion. Not only will thr manager insist on passion, but if they can't show it to impress a new manager (for their future), against wham. They are gone

Play a stereotypical Mourinho big team Dier Sissoko Foyth at RB etc and smash their flimsy keeper at Lo Celso corners.

I don't think it's ever "downing tools" in the sense of sulking and throwing a wilful strop. That's a bit stereotyped, I reckon. Football is a game of split-seconds and centimetres. If some of the players are distracted and have off-the-pitch resentments flitting through their minds, they won't have their full concentration. That's when chances get missed, goalkeepers drop crosses, defensive positioning goes astray and midfielders get caught in possession. It's unconscious.

What positivity and momentum? Fans on SC in the past 2 days getting all excited about Mourinho? None of that affects the players or the result. It's just supporters getting each other excited by fantasising about what might be achievable.

It's not a home match and we have no influence. There is no other positivity and momentum, unless the entire squad has magically fallen in love with Jose after one day of training.
You see, this is totally wrong! For me, everyone thinks it should of been done at the beginning of the international break. But it would of just given the squad to dwell on it, to message around the group. This way, the shock factor, it means they are hopefully gonna be fired up with a point to prove. If it had happened 10 days ago it would of maybe affected their international games. This way it’s straight in, new everything, prove yourself, get stuck in.

I've read it twice and I still can't see how your post connects to what I wrote. Did you quote the wrong post?

Haven't been this excited about a game for a while now.

I can only see two outcomes: 1) The boys come out ready to fight and smash West Ham 2) or they will be nervous and disorganized.

Imagine the collective disappointment if he just names the usual starting eleven in a diamond formation.

He might do it as a tribute to Poch, bringing Lo. Celso on in the 86th minute as we look for an equaliser.

Its what Poch would've wanted.

I'm so confident that we will beat these.

I only had to watch the rondo in training to believe that.

Despite such a bizarre week I can't help but feel excited and positive.
