I'm one of the (probably very) few actually watching QPR - Stoke. A bit too much white on display I think, surely Stoke should've worn away kits?

Anyway, Stoke 1 up. Diouf scored a tap in after Crouch headed down a Moses cross. Think Crouchy was a bit arm-y on Ferdinand, seemed to have his hands on Rio's shoulders but it stood.

I think I want Stoke to win this but I'm really not sure.

This game is dull. Two poor sides, almost no atmosphere. Is everyone asleep?

Also, I think the goal should have been disallowed for Crouch putting his arms all over Ferdinand but never mind. QPR are truly awful.

Poor game. Barton and Adam on the pith at the same time. Ferdinand really is finished IMO. Ok Crouch could have fouled for the goal, but Crouch sprinted away from him 10 minutes earlier.

Rio has shown in every game so far this season that he's finished. Yes the goal probably shouldn't have stood but he just isn't up to it any more.

Clive Allen just called Asmir Begovic, the Stoke goalie, 'Eyal Berkovic'... close, Clive. Close.

1-1, Caulker from a corner. Maybe an Adam or Crouch OG, a lot happened there.

Caulker is such a threat from set pieces, I sometimes wish we'd kept him just for that. But he just isn't quite good enough overall for us atm.

Never will be, too slow on the turn, IMO, and lacks the mean streak you can see in the likes of shawcross. Talking of whom, he gets away with so much holding its untrue. Refs have to start giving pens for such stuff.

Rio! What are you doing mate. He's giving his man a mile of space every time, but doesn't have the pace to do sod all about anything.

Shawcross is such a dirty fuck, refs should just keep their eyes on him with corners and penalise the twat every time.

He's been doing it for years. Every single corner he commits a foul, can't stand him.
The worst offender in the league in that respect, along with Skrtel. Unbelievable that they always get away with it.

It's going to be very interesting to watch Southampton again today. There's been a lot made of EPL managing experience being vital, but Koeman may just show that you can go for experience on the continent and be successful if you allow him to bring in his players. I wouldn't be remotely surprised if Saints end up with a similar point total to last season, which would be a great achievement given their turnover.
