When he first took over Jose tried Dier and Sissoko to offer protection. He found these players offered little protection.

So he has now gone down the route of playing all footballers. Winks, Lo Celso and Lamela are all happy to put in a bit of a shift but are by no means defensive players.

It's not perfect but probably the best option given our current personnel.
