Ndombele imo just needs to be played. Like Harry Kane and many other players match fitness comes with games.

I was willing to give Ndombele a chance until I saw the condition he turned up in after having 3 months of lockdown to get himself right!! Shockingly unprofessional and I really hope we get shot this summer. He will likely go on to be a great success somewhere but he clearly doesn't want it in the PL.

Oh I don't know we have a habit of buying duds in this area, Wanyama started well & then he got injured & never recovered.

I wouldn't call Wanyama a dud. Like Sandro who suffered a similar fate, at his peak he was in the top 3 holding midfielders in the PL.

I think it's a shame that KWP is going. We didn't see that much of him in the team but what we saw was generally pretty good. I thought he had the potential to be really good for us.

We did have a manager who quite literally liked to run the players into the ground though.

I agree, but both Poch and Mou clearly don't rate him, so there must be a very good reason for that.

What condition are you talking about?People go on as if he is a fat slob have a proper look, he is fit just needs match fitness which are two different things.

The effort and commitment was invariably there at least.

There has to be something not right for Jose to be reluctant to play him.

He picked up a few niggly injuries. I believe he previously had a very good injury record and it was suggested somewhere that he wasn't accustomed to playing with any sort of discomfort. Basically, he needs to man up a bit and play through some issues like everybody else.

Hope it works out for him. Also hope we’ve got something in the deal giving us first refusal or a sell on clause as I feel this guy has a lot of potential.

We might have had to give a similar sell on clause on Hojbjerg which wouldn't be so good, or equally it might not matter.
