Lots of coaching turnaround at all levels it would seem. Pleased for Ugo Ehiogu. Pleased for young British coaches being given a chance at top flight football clubs

This seems a bit random... but hey, if he's a good coach then fair enough.

Remember when I got his premierleague pro card and took me ages before I worked out how to pronounce his name!

The new sherwood, I wonder if he'll go mad when he becomes interim manager, give it a couple of seasons and I'm sure we'll find out.

Looks to be an odd appointment. Anyone knows whether he has got a good reputation as a coach? Not so impressed with him as a player.

I will always remember Sherwood as a moron, but 'mad' sounds more fun!

Seems to be fairly highly regarded in England from a coaching point of view.

He's been involved with the England u20 team for a while and was part of the coaching team at the last u20 World Cup.

Huh??

He was a pretty darn good centre back in his prime who i would happily have had at spurs.

Well you don't have to be a good player to be a successful coach. E.g. Jose Mourinho
