PSG are playing in the club world cup, with the final on July 13. The super cup is on August 13 so the PSG players will potentially only return for pre season 1-2 weeks before.

That should balance it out.

I think 3 weeks is the minimum rest you can give before preseason so they’d only be 1 week in. By that stage you only really want to be playing 45 mins max in a half paced friendly, not a competitive 90 mins. I reckon they will try and get it moved

Don't get me wrong, we're huge underdogs, but i'm loving the fact that we're actually in it. This is new for us and whatever the result it will hopefully signify another small shift in the perception of the club and the mentality around it.

It's PSG's first Super Cup too. They'll definitely take it seriously. Maybe we try to win the physical battle and take advantage of tiredness/fitness? Anyway, we gotta try something and if it's an exciting game we'll be murdered. If we took it to pen's that would be some achievement.
