I remember the season we bought Soldado, and we kept picking him and he wasn't scoring. But in the Europa cup this young kid called Kane kept scoring. Would love to see a repeat....pity we aren’t in any cups to give Parrott a go.

Wasn't Harry Kane, as he didn't score in 7 Europa games that season :X3:

Soldado’s 2nd season then?

By that point he was scoring in the league. Kane would probably never be at the club if it weren't for a combination of Sherwood playing young players over experienced ones to prove some sort of point.

The depressing reality is that Parrott will probably have a dozen caps before Poch gives him a go in the team (if he's still with us by then).

I miss the Redknapp days when he'd give the young lads a run out
