£8 mill is a good price for someone that has barely played for 2/3 years but I'm surprised he won't get a chance with AVB.

He could end up a quality player given the right guidance and coaching

This guy had enough oppurtunity to prove himself but gave it up for life of late nite partying. Destroyed his own career.

Enough opportunities? When was last time he got a start in the league?

An opportunity for me isn't a game against Shamrock Rovers is a makeshift team thats not played together before, he never got a chance to play alongside Rafa, Modric and Bale in our team.

Obviously no idea if the rumours are true but he is meant to be a party animal and enjoyed the bright lights of London far more than trivial things like going training. Also akqayid did suggest that the football pitch wasn't the only white lines he was interested in.

If any of that is true then probally best he moved on and 8mil would be a good price to get, Plus you know DL with add ons it'll be nearer £15m!;)

GDS is far too lazy for us anyway. He never had it in him to get stuck in and earn a place in the team.

It's nice to see us shifting some players out the door and making way for incomings. We seem to be building up a nice little transfer kitty from sales alone too.

Yep and this bloke has contributed next to nothing on the field

Haha. I really do love the casual libel that football fans subject players of their various clubs to on the interweb.

Either did Bentley or Jenas. Fact is none of them are good enough or deserve the chance.

This love for Giovani is ridiculous. IS it 4 years he has been here and never produced for us or when out on loan? I know Harry has alienated some of the squad. But if Giovani was anywhere near cut out for the premier league he'd have shown something by now.

Its almost as bad as the Pav love in. Highlights reel would be amazing. Reality is he was pants.

And you know that he didn't turn up to training on time based on...Redknapp? You and I both know how much shit comes out of his mouth.
Actually Dos Santos own father made the comment to answer questions from journalist back in Mexico.

Yep, I was worried we'd hear the old 'the chairman said we need to sell before we buy' line. To be honest though, the ones we've gotten rid of I've always thought we wouldn't have much problem in doing so, even Gio who has seemingly been out of the door for a couple of years.

Jenas and Bentley on the other hand....
