I really hope that Poch does not let Dele, Son, Lamela and Eriksen drop too deep in our half in the second forty five.

If we can keep them out for the first fifteen to twenty minutes i think we will score again.

Also, Tyler and Redknapp keep making excuses for City "This isn't the City we know" "It's because they have players injured" do they forget we are without Kane? Our top goal scorer at the club and also Dembele arguably our best player?

I mean, let's stop making excuses, City look shit because we are making them look shit.

How many times have people said that when we play them, it's because we are pressing them and stifling their game.

I know its the "pep" way but Man City are really beating themselves with their insistence on playing the ball out from the back, their tempo is so slow that we have all the time in the world to set ourselves and initiate a press.

Alli is a strange one, his decision making in most instances is poor but his timing of runs into the box are basically impossible to defend.

God I hate Sky. Tyler sounding so disappointed as he reads the scoreline as they come off for half time. He's gutted.

They are knobs, honestly the bias disgusts me, had to put up with them licking Leicesters arse last year and pretending like we were just lucky to be up there because the other teams were having a bad season and now having to listen to them toss their load over Liverpool and will the money bag team City over the line because anyone but Tottenham right?

If they had any sense in their brains they would be willing us to do good, we are essentially holding the national team up with our players, encouraging good football and not spending ludicrous amounts of money doing it.

we need to keep on the offensive and try for the third goal. I'd say to the players at half time - press even more or your subbed.

Yeah agree with that, if we just give it another 20 min of high energy a snatch a goal that could psychologically kill them off

I think that's fucking harsh, he's 21 having his first handful of games in a tough new league and CL. He's never going to be a Defoe or Bent type, thank fuck, and I doubt he'll ever be a Costa/Drogba but lets not pretend Kane's been on their level for most of his fledgling career either. Many of Kane's performances have been littered with carelessness, bumbling, poor decisions and imperfection, but we like him because of the other shit he brings, those same things Janssen is bringing.

Kane has been far better so far in his career than Drogba was at the same stage.

I have really taken to Wanyama since Poch has moved away from 4-2-3-1. Works like a Trojan and not half as shabby in his use of the ball as I had originally thought. I'd have him off around the hour mark because I am worried about that yellow card.

Exactly but listening to these "pundits" you would think the only reason we are doing anything is because City haven't turned up.

Fucking pisses me off.

Tyler is pissing me off, acting as if we are lucky to be winning and like we are some sort of bottom half side and this is a huge scalp, we beat City home and away last season and smashed them both times.

This isn't some sort of miracle, we are a good side and we deserve to be where we are, the commentary team along with Redknapp are basically willing that ball into the net for City.

I really feel like Skysports and all the twats really don't want us to win this league, we have to do it the hard way if we want to do it because I can guarantee you right now, they will be doing their best to make sure Liverpool or City are talked up as favourites.

Also on a side note, what an excellent first half, fantastic professional performance and I honestly believe we will do them for 4 today, that was my prediction before the game and I am sticking with it, 4-1.

NBC have Arlo White and graham le saux, both are excellent, neutral but very complementary of spurs. NBC have done a brilliant job of covering the PL

We should keep pressing their keeper and defense if we can.
They are so ripe for a massive fuck up but I get that's risky as it can leave you short if they do get the ball away

Next goal crucial absolutely crucial. They will come out all guns blazing. Need son on otamendi or dele actually as he is ok at bamboozling defenders with nutmegs

I actually think Janssen would be more effective in this game than Eriksen, assuming Son dropped back to LWF and Lamela went central.

Not a complaint but it's industry which is winning the game today and Janssen has that in bags more than Eriksen.

I think Sky should be held liable for biased comments made, they should be impartial, it's obvious they aren't and it's obvious they influence the game, last seasons Leicester run in made that obvious.
