I really hope Pellegrini complains after the match about Walker being offside, and then the interviewer tells him that so was De Bruyne.

Dier's goal will get shown a lot, considering the recent change to the offside rule and how many white shirts their were in offside positions around the keep' - it's going to be analyzed to f*ck and back again.

We have been playing well for a few games now I think, we have a very young side, one of the youngest in the league. Going to be some mistakes, but we do have potential.

Incredibly entertaining game so far. Yeah, I think we still have a lot of room for improvement, but I'm just thrilled to bits that Spurs are entertaining to watch again.

Today's the day Kane needs to step up... He's not been too greedy, which is good and is starting to find his feet!

Either team could win this. We've done ok for the most part. City I don't think are playing well, despite what the commentators are saying, but we are open and they have space to counter.

We need composure in and around the box though. Lamela is playing well but at the crucial moments has dithered or not connected properly. Kane is doing alright in general but is being greedy at times. Son needs to impose himself more on the game though, and Eriksen has been pretty rubbish in my opinion.

Find that composure and correct decision making in the heat of the moment and its there for the taking.

Owen only seems to recognise the top four or the money clubs, the dreary monotone prick.
He so anti Spurs whenever we are on. I don't know what his problem is. Good half. There are going to have chances, they have 250 mill worth of players attacking for them! Gonna have to be great defensively and try and sneak it. Eriksen not right today but not sure chadli the answer

Guys, as someone who has studied special relativity extensively, I can tell you why our goal should stand.

see, when an object approaches the speed of light (like Walker often does), to the perspective of a bystander that object begins to lengthen. So to the linesman, Walker looked horribly misfigured but lengthened to behind the last defender. This is even without taking into account the black hole that is Harry Kane passing the ball when all current gravitational laws say he normally would just suck it in and only release at goal :p

Eriksen has been awful- apparently his pass completion is 59%

We're playing well despite the massive disparity in experience between the two sides. Lamelas having another good game and Alli is holding his own. It will be an interesting second half now the momentum is with us.

Once they have proper confidence and belief in themselves we'll be solid.

We cannot afford constant game-changing errors though. We just can't.

Eriksen was more at fault than Walker for their goal, bottled going for the pass and then didn't chop down Toure and take the yellow for the team. You can bet 2 shiny shites roles reversed, Eriksen gets cleared out there

Ah well, deservedly level and growing into the game. Dier's a bit of a beast isn't he?

Still fucking raging over Eriksen not taking Yaya out on that counter. Sick of him being a fucking fairy all over the pitch.

Thing i am most impressed with, is that we are starting to look like a team. Training ground seems to be now applying to the pitch in the last few matches.

Playing ok, City looking very good so the fact we came in at half time relatively equal is credit to us.

If Walker can go through a half without gifting them a chance and Harry can go through a half without passing up a guilt edged opportunity to play in a teammate reckon we could get the points.
I don't think they've looked that great at all.

We've had 59% possession and more concentrated passages of build up play

Their midfield has been bossed by a 19 and 21 year old.

Not to mention their defence looks ropey as fuck.

Granted, Aguero, De Bruyne and Sterling have linked up well.

I'm happy with our play...except we are still making a few careless mistakes, giving the ball away under no pressure when something promising is developing. City are so dangerous and I think we have contained them quite well, we can't give them any open invitations like we have done over the years.
