I wouldn't say that Ndombele was a bonus. We were never going to go another window without making a signing. Fingers crossed that Poch gets the players that he wanted before the window closes. If Poch is happy at the end of the window then that should be good enough for everyone else.

He’s a bonus based on the fact he’s absolute quality. He isn’t just a replacement, I believe he’ll be an upgrade eventually.

Sure it’s a shame we’ve not brought another option or two in, but it’s how we operate. We’re always gonna be lacking something.

I don’t really have an issue with our transfer approach, I have more of an issue with the fact we pay more than any other set of fans in this country for virtually everything, tickets, kit etc
Supply and demand of course but, it’s not really reflective of what we get on the pitch etc. It’s why I prefer to have a few drinks and my food outside the ground now. Prefer to give my money to local small businesses

In all seriousness I feel bad for Eriksen, he looked like he was on the verge of crying.

That cameo is exactly why Nkoudou isn't good enough.

Should kill the hope from those that cling on.
Yep couldnt agree more, had 3 good opportunities to create in the last 15 minutes and on all 3 he didnt really make a decision on what to do and was caught waiting. Not positive enough, wont always come off but at least make a decision

It's just a preseason game that we don't seem to care about.
No conclusions should be made from this game as no one played with intensity.

Against AV we will have the proper attitude. Not worried at all.
The only slight worry that I have is I don't trust our RB options. I hope we don't regret not buying one once the season starts
