Not sure I agree with that to be honest. He was very critical of Levy in his article, more than I remember him being before so club friendly is not what I would describe him as this week

Theres this odd narrative that anyone with links or close to Spurs is on the Levy payroll.

Ali Gold, POK and even Ricky off LWOS have been criticising Levy for years!

Whilst I'm here, it would make sense for me to share that I've recently connected with some fans, via Twitter/X, that run a Spurs YouTube channel called Tottenham On Tour. They do videos, twice daily, called Morning Brews at 10am UK time and Evening Brews at 6pm UK time. You can tune in live and chat with the community that are watching, as well as asking questions to spark debate with those presenting. The channel has around 9k subscribers at the moment.

I've been on there 4 times now, I guess you would call it presenting, alongside Brian Dagul (who is a Toronto based, English, Spurs fan that started it) and I will be featuring more in future, I expect, so please check it out. Give them a follow on Twitter, subscribe on YouTube etc so that you can get involved, if on the lookout for more Spurs related content to get your teeth in to.

https://x.com/JontyEvans - this is me :)

This was the last one I did, prior to the international break, a couple days after the Newcastle game with Brian Ireland (another Toronto based fan but he's actually Canadian):

That's my ugly mug, on the far right

Both Brian's are good lads. Been watching them for years and Mr. Dagul was a regular guest on the Shelf Side Spurs show, of which I was one of the original members. Some people on this thread don't consider YT shows as podcasts as I found out when I posted awhile ago. Good luck with ToT. Check out Spursuasian TV if you have a minute. That's were I broadcast out of most Sunday mornings.

Have to say I’ve been a long time listener of LWOS but just can’t cope with the negativity from the likes of Russ Williams, it’s become a bit of a moan fest.
He was one of the main reasons why I stopped listening to LWOS and the fact they were 2 hours long

I only listen to LWOS every now and then but used to be an avid listener.

For me now there just to many guests and you can’t get to know them anymore. Seems anyone with a thousand twitter followers you’re in.

Used to love it when it was Ricky, Jason, Lee and then another.

I find some people on here can be quite snobbish regarding LWOS , it is just spurs fans offering their take on things , just like all the other pods.
Just like the other pods some guests are a good listen and some are absolute rain clouds/bellends .Each to their own.
I think that’s the problem, and why I prefer VFTL. Half the crew of VFTL are not Spurs fans so it is more balanced and objective. I love listening to Pitt-Brooke and Eccleshare talk Spurs because they follow the club as part of their job but have no tribal passion. It’s a good balance.

No one wants to listen to a bunch of Spurs fans after a Spurs defeat 😂

Maybe. To me it is the worst parts of spurs twitter packaged up as a podcast.

Each to their own though.

Jay Harris is very much Brentford so he replaces Eccleshare's non-Spurs views.

I do miss Charlie though. Class act and always worth listening to.

I find LWOS to be unbearable. Too many bad cliches and ill informed opinions. If the tabloids designed a podcast it would be LWOS.

I miss Eccleshare on VFTL but I think Jay Harris has been a brilliant addition, he is really good.

I like the Tottenham Way but for some reason my brain can’t compute that Dan Kilpatrick doesn’t work for the Athletic. It feels like he should.

Listening to spurs fans after a win isn't all that either

My primary ones are VFTL and TFC but the Tottenham Way is good for quick post-match reaction. Generally only listen to LWOS after a win but don’t know who anyone is. Is Russ Williams the pompous one?

Edit: Hang on, maybe I’m thinking of Echoes of Glory? There’s one with a kinda self-important sounding guy who can be annoying.
