I think if Spurs were going to put the womens team in the new White Hart Lane it would have been for the 1st test event. Rather then the under 18’s.

I do like the idea of having a double header of men and women’s games. Not sure if the FA would fix the fixture list so that for example the Spurs men’s and women’s teams would play both play Arsenal or West Ham or Brighton at home on the same day. I’m sure Levy would love it. Getting people in the ground longer, spending more money.

Moving there games next season from Cheshunt to the hive. What happened to us building some sort of stand at the training ground?

I seem to recall there's planning permission issues with regularly having crowds there - hence for most U18 games they will let you in, but not officially, you just have to turn up and nod your head when they ask if you're a friend/family of someone involved with a nudge-nudge-wink-win. Only time they officially seem to let crowds in is for UEFA Youth League games which they're obliged to, but even then it's heavily restricted and there's not much interest since they're on midweek afternoons with the first-team game that evening.

Sad to see England lose in the 3rd place final but that Sofia Jackobssen, is she a brilliant player or what for Sweden. Currenty with Montpelier. C'mon Danny boy she looks the proverbial for our forward line in the new season.

Hope the girls can establish themselves in the first season.
Appears to be a number of changes from last year, not surprisingly as it is a big step up.
Then its about growing into the league and getting competitive in the Tottenham way.

Really hard first game for our ladies. Nice they will get to play at Stamford Bridge though.

I hope there will be WSL games at White Hart Lane. I’d love to go, but don’t drive so Barnet is a bit tricky for me to get to.

Cripes that Arsenal team is stacked with internationals. Big challenge for our girls.

I have no facts to back this up but I'd guess that our ladies team have never beaten arsenal. They've been in and around the top of the women's game for as long as I can remember. Maybe playing in a big stadium will be good great motivation for them to pull of some kind of result. Hopefully in the future we can also have a few internationals.

Double headers with the men’s team confirmed for the WSL. You would imagine they might try and use White Hart Lane.

Chelsea V Spurs women is going to be played at Stamford Bridge. Tickets will be free.

They sound like they've read my post on page 1 :)

Very pleased that the NLD will be at NWHL but I think we could have done more. Difficult to attract people to trek up to Barnet for a home game, unless you live in the area

In our first full men's season at NWHL when people will want to go just to see the new stadium I'm pretty sure the London derbies at, say, £10 a ticket would turn a profit and boost our profile massively

You realize how expensive it is to staff and operate a 62k seat stadium, right?
Indeed. This is based on the amount of non-ticket revenue that they seem to be making. People spending hours either side of a match wandering around the stadium, sampling the different restaurants, purchasing from shops and, especially, drinking the very competitively priced beer in all of the bars, instead of decamping to pubs

I don't think the risk would be that great. And you could always change later games to Barnet if the first was a disaster
