Hard to know really, did that happen in other cases? Did Chelsea have their CEO/chairman banned when they were charged?Levy would be banned or be forced to resign presumably

My guess would certainly be a transfer ban and a fine. Not sure we'd be deducted points but maybe they will throw the book at us to. Of course this could get pretty bad for Levy also if he knew what he was doing ....

Leeds United’s owner Massimo Cellino banned for 18 months by FA
Leeds United’s owner, Massimo Cellino, has been banned for 18 months – effective from 1 February 2017 – for breaking the Football Association’s agent regulationswww.theguardian.com
This is the FAis it the FA or the PL?
regardless of the outcome it's hilarious that these 'under the microscope' breaches are coming out when there's so much evidence of massive blatant cheating from the chavs and city yet we all know they'll escape scot free. football is totally bs in this country now.
We need to go big in January then if there's a ban looming
And so much detailed info so quickly, you have to laugh lol. As if they couldn't wait to punish us.If I am reading the summary posted by @bubble07 correctly - that legal dispute between Defoe and his agent took place in 2010...
SO, why is it coming to light now?
Unfortunately from what it seems they weren't even digging into us, this situation just sort of fell into their lap. Im sure with that being said they wont pull their punches if we can't come up with a good enough defence. Reality is this is pretty much been served up on plate for them, the Chelsea and City situation is a lot more complex for them to deal with. Much like Everton, we would be an easy target to show the world that they are doing something about rule breaches.
That should certainly be the case.An unprecedented punishment the Premier League has seen that's for sure
That should certainly be the case.
Just in case I am being misunderstood. I have always understood and said that Everton's case was straighforward which meant it was quicker to deal with.
Not only that but Everton cooperated.
Ours will probably be the same.
City basically ignored the PL when asked to provide documents and there are so many charges that they probably have to go down a deep road with each one.
That is obviously gonna take time and you want them to dig all the dirt they can so that they can go hard and not allow City to get off on a technicality like they did with UEFA
