I'm confident we will be busy in the next few days so don't judge yet.

The best deal Levy can do is to sack the twitchy twat and his half witted coaching staff tomorrow morning.

I don't care who Levy bring in, as currently we have no creativity, game plan or desire, which is a recipe for absolute disaster.

Redknapp's been rumbled. Interesting what his media bum pals make of today's embarrassment.

Both (strange)Levy and Sugar, and most chairmen before them, have failed, spectacularly, to bring in a real top class manager and afford him the time to create a top class team. Redknapp (who, incedently, I've never been a fan of) was just just a knee-jerk signing by Levy. Levy has fucked up big time with his managerial appointments and his transfer dealings, it seems he has reached a ceiling in terms of where he can take us.

Probably correct, but I don't think Levy would really know a proper manager if he got hoofed in the bollocks by one!

i know we are "saving for a stadium" but we need good performances both on pitch and end of season results to allow this to happen also.

I'll give you a Sugar era team today.

Kane Defoe

Townsend Hudd Livermore Parker

Rose Caulker Dawson Walker

Friedel

Bench - Alnwick, Falque, Khumalo, Bassong, Carroll, Smith

Of course we would have recouped about £173 million towards a new stadium.

40 million Modric
40 million Bale
15 million VDV
15 million Kaboul
15 million Lennon
20 million Sandro
20 million BAE
8 million Pav
Bag of Nachos Crouch

8/9/10th would be ours for a few years...:eek:mg:

To many youngsters to be a Sugar era team. Sugar and Enics first days where all about buying experienced pro's the wrong side of 30 with a few decent youngsters in Si Davies, Carr, King, Etherington etc.

Bellamy Crouch Defoe

Cole Parker Livermore

P Neville Kaboul Dawson Walker

Like the time when we signed Ille Dumitrescu, Gica Popescu and Jurgen Klinsmann - the top 3 players from the 1994 World Cup?

Or the time we paid £11m for Sergi Rebrov when most strikers were going for £4-5m?

Yeah they didn't all work out but Sugar paid top dollar and top wages several times on the word of second rate managers.

There might not even be a Tottenham anymore without Sugar taking over. Short Memories.
