As the commentator said they look transformed under Vilahamn. Lots of quick one touch passes with purpose and threat up front. Thomas, Clinton and Ahtinen look great acquisitions whilst Summanen and Bizet look different players post Skinner; it's almost Ange-like!

I was worried where the goals would come from without England, and Thomas stepped up big time. Could be a fun year for every single one of our teams you know.

Just trying to catch on with the women...when England is back do Thomas and her play together?

Tottenham Hotspur - Everton about to kick off.
We're third in the table, they are tenth.

Spencer
James, Buhler, Bartrip (c), Neville
Ahtinen, Spence, Summanen
Bizet, Thomas, Clinton

Votikova, Ale, Turner, Percival, Naz, Graham, Ayane, Brazil, Zhang

Robert Vilahamn makes one change from our last game against Aston Villa as Drew Spence returns to the starting line-up in place of Jess Naz. There's good news on the bench too with Ellie Brazil named in the squad for the first time since October, 2022, following her ACL injury. Welcome back, Ellie!

1-0 43' Clinton
HT
1-1 85' penalty :(

FA Player.
Yeah, just found it on there.
Although I've only seen the last 10 minutes or so, we look decent.
Massive change from last year, if I remember right?
They look good in every area, passing, movement, tackling and general control of the game.
First game I've seen this season and they look good.

Yes we were terrible last season, almost relegated.
Very comparable with how the men has evolved.

Spurs very ambitious with the women's team now.

"One club, one identity"

“It’s one club now,” Vilahamn says. The message from Levy was clear: “It was mainly about making sure the women’s team is something we are proud of, a team that everybody can watch – that’s Tottenham standard.”

Good, pleased to hear that we're taking the women's team seriously because there's no reason that we shouldn't.
