With a Russian linesman Beth's shot would have made it 2-0 but some determined defending kept Leicester out for the win.

First time I've been to Leyton for a game. It's a nice stadium. Really good pie.

I was at the game today and have maybe just about dried off and warmed up 😂 The wind and rain were ridiculous, the wind in particular causing havoc with any ball remotely off the ground. Definitely a down side to tiny grounds like that, no protection from the wind at all.

I don't have much to say about either goal conceded because I only saw them in real time and they were the other end of the pitch but as usual our midfield is worrying easy to get through, even worse with Eveliina out. Anne Csiki had a decent game in the middle though.

Beth is looking well and truly back to her old self, could do with some others chipping in more goals to help her out though (as usual!). Hopefully Olivia can do that, she was top scorer, from midfield, in the Swedish league before her injury.

I watched the highlights. You could hardly see the ball as the camera lens was piss wet, for the whole game, didn’t wipe it dry once.

The commentary was so bad too, with fake weak excitement, and a delay that was like dodgy satelite from the 90’s

Spurs have signed Josefine Rybrink, who most recently played for BK Hacken (a player from the Swedish league, for a change 😂)

It’s only a contract til the end of the season though and seeing as she’s a decent player it just makes me think she’s wanting to prove herself in the WSL for a move to a bigger club in the summer. Hope I’m wrong but seems strange for a free agent to be so short!

It's very strange.

Swedish media reported a week ago she had decided on us ahead of several other English clubs, so it's not like she didn't have options.

Does anyone know how to get hospitality at Brisbane Road for the upcoming games against City or Brighton, not showing on the ticketing site. Gagging to get in their member's bar, has pwoper selection of Ales.

I had no idea there even was a hospitality option for Brisbane Road.

I would say phoning the ticket office and asking them is probably your best bet.

Ugh an actual phone call... but good shout will give them a try.

And yeah the members bar at the O's is renowned for its fine choice of Ales

Who needs a cheese room eh!

Is that not just for for players families/close friends on a match day? Looks nice. I did not try to enter on occasions when open as assumed that was the case. It wasn't open every game.

For Spurs games its the hospitaltiy area so im told, so you would need the right ticket. For the O's its members, but I think you can also pay on the day its old skool

As a layman, looks to be a couple of disappointing cup exits. But there still seems to be growth for the team based on the season's results and league position. It appears we are slowly bridging the gap and becoming more competitive in the league

They both were definitely disappointing exits, but the cups in the womens game are generally that you're in it until you meet one of the big teams... and we would have played Chelsea away in the next round of both games so at least we avoid playing them twice in a week 😂

If we finish where we are now in the league, 6th, then that matches last season and whilst there is no progression in terms of places, it will be progression of sorts as since we were promoted we seem to have a good season then a worse season. So I guess becoming more consistent is a silver lining! I'd hope that would help us attract better players as well. Fans complain we're not going out and getting the level of player that they want, but we're just not that attractive compared to the top 4.

thank you. I was actually just looking at their form in general and projecting they would and should push past Brighton by season's end into 5th and hopefully close the gap on United & Arsenal
