1-0 Raso

The new signings are all shining. We look very solid and dominant so far.
We've definitely become stronger imo, wonder how it is compared to the top 3.

Not impressed with Naz at all. Thought maybe the England cap would spur her on but been a complete passenger first half.

All the new signings looking good, as said, but for me Summanen was the player of the half. Oozes calm and composure.

A very impressive start to the season, embellished by Arsenal and Man City both dropping points in their draw. If their mens teams do the same later today it will have been a very good weekend all round.

A very impressive and controlled 4-0 victory.
Strengthening through transfers is one thing, but have to give credit to Vilahamn as well. He has improved us so much from the training ground.
Neville is ridiculous, still the boss, our best today.
Raso will be a key player for us, she also went quiet for a part of the game, but a great debut - definitely an improvement on Bizet imo.

Very impressed by that second half and that third goal is a work of art.

Too early to tell yet if Spurs were good enough to also deal with the best sides or if Palace were just not at the required level, but I liked the CB partnership in particular and the style the team plays is really set up brilliantly to dominante inferior teams.

And great to see all the kids lining up pitchside for autographs now. Lovely touch.

It's very early, but also we weren't creating that many chances last season very often, even against the lower teams so it's definitely an improvement! If we didn't shoot straight at the keeper so often it could have been an embarrassing scoreline for Palace. And quality in some of the passing was top notch. Oroz the main contributor to this. What a pick up she was. She's absolutely tiny but doesn't seem like she lacks strength.

Loved Raso, just one of those wingers that gets you off your seat as soon as they have the ball. Not a long term improvement, but definitely looks like she'll add more than Bizet in how she plays right now.

I think once all the players get used to playing with each other and become more familiar with how they play the link ups could be something super fun to watch.

Really enjoyed yesterdays game, the new signings looked really good, Hunt was calm and composed at the back, Raso bossed the wing in the first half and was making intelligent runs into the box and a well deserved goal. She dropped off in the second half a little. Oroz...wow! really impressed me, for such a small player, she is quick, skilful on the ball, accurate passing and covered a lot of ground yesterday. My player of the match was Neville. She was in a different class, from crucial defending to running and attacking down the wing, superb even with a few mistakes here and there.

Have to say though, we still look vulnerable at the back. Just needs a bit of communication and organisation.

Chelsea have just beaten Palace 7-0 at Selhurst Park so that immediately makes the 4-0 look slightly less impressive.

Villa will be an indication to where we are, they are an ambitious club that was closest behind us previous season.
We beat United in pre season which were closest in front of us.

Annoying that it's at the same time as the men's game.
