A loan from West Ham doesn't scream ambitious signing but is she a first choice or a backup?
I don't know too much about her but West Ham fans seem annoyed that they've let her go. Mackenzie Arnold who was their number 1 left in the summer so seems they hoped she would be.

However its only a loan til December, so I would assume we've got someone else lined up who is currently playing in a league thats half way through.

Let's face it, probably from the Swedish league. Doing some research among the top performer there. When Vilahamn managed Häcken, a key player for him was Sweden international Jennifer Falk - while the league's Player of the Year was Finland international Anna Tamminen.

Most likely. I believe he said he tried to get Falk when he first came but couldn't so wouldn't surprise me. I'd prefer someone younger though.

Make sense of that one…

if true, I presume Talbert was insurance in case this deal doesn’t happen.

All gone a bit crazy and not quite the stability Rob preached weeks ago.

With the outgoings, I think its what we need though, they just seem to have all come at once. Most of the players who stepped up to help when others were injured have gone. Hopefully one is a CM. The goalkeeper I didn't expect. Talbert makes little sense if we do get someone in so assume it must be like you said, that its insurance.

I agree, Rob said 1-2 around the first friendly, then lost 2 regulars in Bizet
& Kit within a fortnight. It’s much needed. Keepers confusing, but I guess we’ll see soon! (I guess Eleanor with a late loan deal if something does happen)

Makes me think that Csiki was someone we went after as soon as we knew GC wasn't an option. They're still in season where she came from so makes sense it may have taken slightly longer, and we also had to buy her, rather than get her on a free.

Keira Walsh has been linked with moves away all summer, maybe a cheeky punt on her (major wishful thinking) 😂

Yeah would be silly to keep her around, even if its just a short term one, if we have 3 other keepers. They club seem to have high hopes for her, so would be great to get a good loan for her to get regular playing time.

Transfer deadline day today! Would love to sign a couple of players, particularly a CM, but I’m not sure we will and I’m wondering if we’re preparing for that as from the looks of the line up for the friendly the other day, it seemed Molly played in DM in the first half. Seems like they’re planning for at least the first half of the season without another.

Tottenham still want to bring in a midfielder before the deadline closes and it's looking increasingly likely they might do that.

They are looking to bring someone in on a permanent deal, as opposed to a loan.

Such teases 😂

Rumours that its Maite Oroz from Real Madrid, which would be a fantastic signing if its true.

Edit - It is Oroz!

Match day!

Spurs vs Crystal Palace Women at Brisbane Rd. Kicks-off 2pm
Tickets available on the gate.
Free to watch on the WSL You Tube Channel https://www.youtube.com/@bwsl

We'll be there, hoping to see a dominant performance against the newly promoted Palace.
I think new signing Oroz will start on the right in Bizet's old position. AJT has been ruled out so maybe the new signing Clare Hunt will start in place of her?
I thinking, Beth & Jess starts. Neville, Bartrip Nilden Hunt at the back, Spence, Vinberg Ahtinen, Oroz. Spencer in goal.

COYSW!
