Got understandably tight a little bit there for Fritz but he managed it well in the end! A Fritz v Tiafoe semi final would be great. Would love to see an American in the final to be honest, just to add to the occasion.

Got your wish

Yep! Hopefully will be a great match. Should be a great spectacle at the very least. Massive for both of those guys to get to a Grand Slam semi final to be honest, and one where they’re not facing one of the top guys.

Straight sets win for Draper. Incredible stuff.

Very strong tennis, thought he might be in trouble in the second set but to get himself back in again like that was great mentality

Big ask in the semis with Sinner or Medvedev waiting him but great tournament now whatever happens next

Great win, could have let his head drop in the middle of that 2nd set but dug in and pulled out some great points when it mattered.

Hoping Sinner/Medvedev turns into a gruelling 5-set marathon now

ABC/ESPN, owned by Disney, are carrying the tournament in the US. On Monday Disney shut down the feed to DirecTV over a contract dispute. It's the second year in a row that they've done that.

I'm sure the USTA is happy they gave the contract to ABC/ESPN after CBS did a fine job all those years. Too bad a lot of us don't get to see it.

Great start for Draper to settle the early nerves 0-30 down but four straight points to hold.

Fair play to Draper, he’s sticking in there and making Sinner earn it.

Such drama, Jack is throwing up at the back of the court and then Sinner falls over hurting his left hand (right handed but plays a two-handed backhand)

Such an energy sapping match. Draper throwing up, Sinner hurting his wrist. Surely they could give these guys a 10/15 minute break.

Drapers serve letting him down and he’s making too many errors

game over..hopefully he learns from it

Looks like Sinner is taking this one down. Good to see Draper battling away.
Think this match for Draper could be what the Nalbandian match at Queens was for Murray. Real lightbulb moment on what you need to do physically in order to break through to that top top level.

Hope it makes him hungry for more.

I think you are right. He has the tools to be fair, a big serve, good power, being a leftie, seems to be able to cope with playing rallies but seeing a different level.

I look at Sinner who seems to be a machine and he looks so thin! Animal though.
