Actually if there is one place where the Danish team has an abundance it's on the CB position. Has been so for a long time. So you shouldn't judge a player's potential or quality strictly from the lack of games for Denmark.

These are the following Danish CB in the national team: Simon Kjær, Andreas Christensen, Matthias Jørgensen, Anders Bjelland. Good players yes but good enough for Spurs...? And if not, why should Andersen - who's yet even even get a single game for Danmark - be so much better?

Good replacement for Fernandinho. If they sign Ndombele as well the rest of us might as well take our jumpers and fuck off home. Their subs bench against us was just shy of 500m.

It’s almost like they need to be punished for their unfair riches...

Would be pretty annoyed if we sold Dier, Wanyama needs to be sold and replaced before we even entertain the idea IMO.

Spurs fans when a good player is linked to us in the media - "Its probably all just paper talk I wouldnt believe it until something concrete comes out."

The same spurs fans when the media links the same player to other clubs "Its being reported so it must be right..he is 100% going there and is not realistic for us anymore."

Rinse and repeat

Basically true every time though :ROFLMAO:

Good point! Sell Wanyama first, bring in an actual fit and footballing DM, then sell Dier. But that third step should be completed sooner rather than later lest the vast majority of our support begin to recognize his very real limitations like Tripps and become sick at sight of him.

Joachim Andersen is 22. Van Dijk was 24 when he made his debut for a poor Holland team at the time. I wouldn't look into international caps and the reason they haven't been selected too much.

If we sign Andersen I'll trust the clubs judgement, likewise if we choose not to pursue

Mail Sport understand Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino will have a minimum of £150m to reinvest into the squad this summer.

Spurs are believed to be targeting a new left-back, two central midfielders, a central attacking midfielder and a back-up striker.

JJ said a while back that it was unlikely Wanyama would pass a medical. I assume that's a fairly permanent state of affairs but could be wrong.

My predictions based off this 100% true report:

Ryan Sessegnon, Andre Gomes, Sander Berge, Jack Grealish, Maxi Gomez.

Sure, there will always be exception. N'Golo Kante was 25 years when he made his debut for France. And if Spurs decide to buy Andersen I will also support their decision.

Personally I'd rather his current strike partner. But that's just me.

Sorry, was just trying to add something to the thread.
T'was but a joke. I think we'll be active this summer but as per my last post, don't think we'll be making moves till we know the CL/EL/Toby/Eriksen situations
