I agree.

Who is James O'Beirne?
 Good question. A chickentshit who never expresses an opinion but feels self-satisfied enough to pass judgement on others. Or, he's on an ipad and accidentally rated a post. Still, if in doubt, wade in with all guns blazing.

That's my philosophy.

Jesus it's crazy how many people claim to have these links with people in the know.

"Ive been very well informed that x will be signing for x, could drag out, possible deadline day deal".

I could go on twitter, fill in those x's with any club and player that is reasonable and it would find it's way around twitter and if Spurs-related, into this thread.

I think i'll listen to JJ, POTL, Akqa, and any other ITK's with history. Everyone else is to be assumed an attention seeking 11 year old.

So Landowski, Dzeko, Cavani, Bent, and Chamahk have all been linked with us today? Any other strikers we'd never get to throw on that too? How about Higuain and Benzema?

I think that I saw something about us being linked with Cruyff, Maradona and Pele too.........

Ridiculous 'aint it? its like we have to swim a sea off BS to find a droplet of truth.

Not that I wish this fate on him but it's amazing how many pricks feel the need to lurk for years without posting a single post then give someone neg rep? Tossers and u know who you are!!

Sigh... they probably don't know they're doing it it's the byproduct of the touchscreen age, rep gets added inadvertantly by scrolling...

I've had loads of dodgy reps by people with seemingly no reason. Y'know an 'old' for writing 'I am an infant' or a 'disagree' for saying 'Tottenham Hotspur are an Association Football Club', even a 'dislike' for suggesting that 'We are gonna win the league by Christmas and Arsenal have a Rangers sized hole in their finances TRUE STORY 1000%'.
The worst was a 'Dumb' and i'd not even posted! [Geddit!]

Double edged sword though, good experiences abound; a 'Like' for a 'Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees!', an 'Agree' for 'Lend us a fiver?' and an 'Informative' when I posted the entire contents of my uncle's offshore tax dealings 2001-2011.

Y'know, every rose has a thorn and all that.

Yea fair play I guess I still got the arse over a numpty that has been a member since 2008 and his very 1st contribution was to give me neg rep for a very very innocuous post regarding some possible posturing on our behalf regarding Hugo Lloris?
Each to there own I suppose??

that's not a bad shout - we were linked with him a couple of years ago I think....

He only moved to Stuttgart in Jan. Would've been a good shout as a back up option at the time but once again we moved at the speed of a glacier and they waltzed in. Think he ended up scoring double figures for the last half of the season too. Anyway, I can't see them selling him, they need his goals

Lewandowski makes sense. He is polish and Lew in polish means Lion. Now where have we heard all this talk about a lion in the last week?
