Howley has been sent home for betting offences. Jesus.

I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing.

I hope he’s passed on this secret attacking ace he’s been hiding up his sleeve to Gatland before he fucked off back home. Lol.

It’s good Stephen Jones is apparently flying out but it’s not like he’s going to be able to do anything, but good to have someone who the players know around the squad.

You’d like to think, assuming all goes well in the group, that we could try out some new stuff against Uruguay in the last group game but I guess it’s all a bit late in the day for that.

I for some reason thought he just had some sort of gambling issue but wasn't betting on wales. I'm seeing all sorts of rumours now which I won't post because they are just rumours but... yeah.

Watching Gareth Thomas: HIV and Me.

I can't put into words how much respect I've got for that guy for what he must've been through emotionally. I've been on the verge of tears watching this show but seeing the reaction of everyone in the crowd on that triathlon course broke me up. Some people are awful but a lot more are brave, strong, caring and wonderful and I really hope this is a watershed moment for anyone who is unfortunate enough to have it too.

And the Sun can eat my entire arse. They continually lower the bar when it comes to journalism and the sooner it goes out of business the better.

Power on, Big Man (y)

Fucking awful. The journalists who do this stuff should be named.

Multiple posts in a row but who cares. Fiji looks great.

They’ve been, as usual, a mixed bag in the last 6-12 months. Japan stuffed them a few weeks ago and they only very narrowly beat Tonga the other week as well.

When they click, though, they can beat anyone.

Th Sun and co are scum of the earth, absolute scum. Journalists like that must have something missing in ther make up.

Thomas? Obviously have to feel for him but I can’t get away from how he deceived and humiliated his wife. It gets brushed aside a bit.

I've never been an avid watcher of Rugby but the enthusiasm the Japanese are showing is infectious. Probably still on a high from the SA match at the last world cup (it was a belter) but it seems everyone involved is really hyped and Japan are going to put on a show. Could be a good tourney.

I think he's carrying a massive amount of guilt around for the way he deceived people and I'm pretty sure he hasn't brushed it aside even if others have. I do feel quite concerned for him though since his entire life seems to have been taken over by his 'gay rugby player' persona. He's beome very high profile and that's a lot of weight to bear. Would be nice if he could do some punditry lest we forget that he was a damn good rugby player.

England team looks good. Like Curry and Underhill in the back row since we'll need tacklers all over the place for this one. Don't really understand why EJ persists with Daly at 15 when Watson is now back in the fold, although I don't expect too much of an aerial bombardment this time around.
