WTF was that from the Bears at the end? That was just awful clock management from Eberflus. Shambolic.

Next year with a decent HC the Bears will be good. This year they’ve blown any chance they had in the toughest division in the NFC with a bad OC (now fired) and HC who is out of his depth.

I honestly don't understand how Eberflus is still the coach.

I'm not even a Bears fan and the fact that McKaskey hasn't fired both Eberflus and Poles is mind boggling.

At this point going 5-12 or 6-11 and getting rid of this coach is probably best for the Bears in the long run. If they fought for a playoff spot maybe McCaskey would want to keep him.

Eberloss is the worst coach in NFL history.

He thinks they we did well with the clock management. He is an absolute moron of the highest order.

We could have easily been 3-0 against the division if we had a half decent head coach

Should have really gone with Waldron and even that was late.

A great vacancy though with the young talent at disposal.

Gotta imagine that Glenn or Ben Johnson would be front runners.

Someone is going to grab Vrabel but i don't know that Chicago is the org that makes that move.

I can see Vrabel with the Raiders next season with Brady wielding a bit of influence there although I wonder alongside Tom, Mark Davis makes a concerted effort to bring Belichick in but considering our (failed) experiments going Pats-Lite then maybe we should look elsewhere at someone like Liam Coen of the Bucs.

But back to the Bears, Ben Johnson is the most coveted coach above all else but has turned down opportunities before and would he really jump to a bitter divisional rival?

That timeout before the punt (well now a FG) is fucking shocking from the coach. They won't get the ball back.
