Really? that game I just watched has no bearing on his future disgusting decision to send son off
I mean whatever you want him out, but let’s not pretend he done much wrong today.
Poch got loads wrong yesterday ....

  1. Started Eriksen who again was dreadful & shouldn’t play for us ever again.
  2. Played Lucas upfront in the first half & Son wide right, Lucas is not a striker & that again showed yesterday.
  3. Brought on Foyth when the game was screaming out for an extra midfielder to help soak up pressure & get hold of the ball, winks & Dier would of been ideal.
  4. Brings on Sessegnon with 20 seconds to play?
& that was just the Everton game, the list on Poch from this season alone is ridiculous !!

You can see why he bought foyth on, Aurier was either injured or shook up by the injury, but he didn’t look like he could continue

How dare we put up with relegation form for ten months

It may be helpful to think of it "the entitled" issue this way. There are reasonable Poch in, Poch out and On the Fence posters here. There are also the angry/ "fuck off" posts primarily on the Poch out side. There is zero need to denigrate a man who has brought so much to the club in order to prove your point. As Poch "on the fence" leaning towards "out", it is hard to take anything these individuals write seriously in this or any other thread. It's the old adage, "When you can't pound on the facts, pound on the table".

Ooh, I like that one.

there is a corollary which is "and if pounding on the table doesn't work, pound on the person"

(And in all fairness, i have to attribute this to my grandfather from Aberdeen. The attribution in part is due to the fact that he is the father of my eighty something year old mother who is a Lurker now that she has become a massive Tottenham fan. And she reads SC every day. Add to that she will read that i wrote the term "fuck off" twice.)

Don’t want him to be sacked. Deserves the opportunity to turn it around yet at the same time a side like Bayern coming in for him might be the best for all parties

Yeah, I agree. The situation needed to be sorted and Aurier was in shock.

His stock, much like eriskens, has fallen alot over past year that I can't see one of the elite clubs taking him on. I think the best he could hope for is likes of man Utd and that goes for eriksen too.
Clubs at that level will not be able to ignore our performances/results in past year, his strops and demeanour in interviews etc
I do think he is still a quality manager and would be brilliant for likes of man Utd etc but can't see Madrid going for him now as hes no longer the new shiny toy, city and pool have better managers and Bayern imo are unlikely to hire him so that leaves likes of man u or PSG on the next rung down.

Why judge a player on one game when he’s hardly played all year?

Players need runs in the team to get up to speed.

Read the preceding post...I answered the question as to why he shouldn't start right now, I'm not saying he's crap.

He looks broken .

When kane is injured son always leads the line and runs teams ragged this season we have seen son shoved out wide.

We have seen Eriksen playing every week , an ever changing central midfield.

I can’t see a way back for him at the moment but I’m hoping it’s a blip

Quite frankly, we've had that, and whilst it was great. I want winning football now.

I refuse to accept that all Mourinho does is play shit football. Its a myth that is used by fans of opposing sides to beat him with because he is a bit of an arsehole. Even if there is an element of truth, he also undeniably wins things. Something we need to start doing
Hardly just opposing sides. Every United fan I know couldn't stand him.

Why are they taking so long to sack him?
Does it really seem strange that Levy feels loyalty to a man who stewarded the club to within a couple of sliding doors moments of winning the title twice while we were involved in the most difficult period of change the club will every face in completing the new stadium?

A man who has turned down offers from Real and others to stay loyal?

I get that people are hurting, and the football is dire at the moment, but I just hate the way Poch is being disrespected.

Maybe he has to go, for the good of both him and us, but some fans here don’t deserve good things because in a matter of months they’ve viciously turned on someone who’s given us years of some of the most consistent, entertaining and joyful football we’ve seen.

Absolutely completely agree with this I am utterly disgusted with the opinions of these ‘fans’. They are getting what they deserve with this miserable football, shame the rest of us have to suffer along with them.

Ok, so we are supposed to accept dire performances and turgid football for 7 months because of your deluded blind loyalty ? Im sorry, but nobody hates Poch here. We all think he’s done an excellent job and most us want him to leave with dignity, hence why most of us would rather Bayern come in for him rather than sack him and ruin his legacy. But there comes a time when the manager needs to be replaced and the time is now. No away win since last Feb in the league. A horrendous run of form that stems back way before just this season. Constantly playing the wrong players and choosing the wrong selections. You are incredibly naive if you think we should be grateful for this just because we have got a few top 4 finishes down the years. Get your bloody head out the sand mate.
