I just want him gone now.

Months and months of trully awful football.

He is so tactically inept it's unbelievable.

And before anybody says he's gotten us in the top 4 consistently, I'll say that with our squad that isn't overachieving. Over the last 4-5 years we've had quality from back to front. Best back 4 when Rose was good, Walker on the right and Jan and Toby in the middle. Dembele in beast mode who we've never replaced. The best centre forward in the world in Kane. Sonny. Dele (when he was good). Eriksen (when he was good).

His stupid fucking press conferences. His predictable subs. His benching of Moura for the champs lge final. I've had enough and hope Levy sacks him tomorrow.

Blokes a prick, didnt like being questioned at the start of the game and then has a dig at one of our positive players who he messed up by not starting.

So obvious why he has lost the player's, picks people who dont care, plays ridiculous systems that dont work, talks in riddles and contradicts himself all the time.

Hope Levy sacks him on the way home.

We were absolutely, totally dominated today and but for Gazza it would have been the scoreline we all feared when we saw the lineup. Cannot believe anyone watched that match and thought we did ok.

So for Poch to sit through it as a supposed world class manager and not seem able to grasp where it was going wrong says it all to me.

I would be stunned if he gets the sack anytime soon though as Levy seems to be totally drinking Poch‘s Koolaid.

I agree we can get back on track - perhaps to edge top6...but to make up the points already chucked away to genuinely challenge for CL qualification would require an unprecedented turnaround in fortunes and a reliance on a shocking drop in form from LCFC and CFC.

Regardless of our opinions, it seems as though the current management and players are all but resigned to a poor season.

We've more than enough to get op 4, to write us off now is just nonsense.

Today was last chance saloon.

Agreed. I would have actually accepted a battling defeat had we shown some balls and discernable style. We looked like relegation fodder just making up numbers and trying to fluke a result. We got away with it against City, somehow - and even to an extent, Arsenal.

Some interesting viewpoints on this one.

I had to leave the match thread due to the melt down when the team was announced, one would have thought we would be on the end of the hammering the way some people were going on.

We lost the game, but at anfield to one of the best teams in the league. Yes, liverpool dominated us, but I didn't think our tactics were bad and for the most part they worked out. Pool are currently better than us, have more confidence and clearly better full backs which made a huge difference.

It appears to me that some people have already decided they want Poch out, so there is no room for discussion, rather they will highlight anything negative to continue to push that viewpoint.

Sadly, it doesn't make for a great forum, it just means we read the same stuff over and over again which gets a bit dull.

For me, I was pleased with the effort of the team and on another day we could have come away with something. For a team low on confidence a trip to Anfield was always going to be a tough game.

I wasn't impressed with Eriksen nor Dele this game and do agree that we should be moving away from relying on Eriksen. But my concerns over some of the team selections doesn't mean I think Poch should go.
fair play to
The game fucking changed because Ndombele changed it, Poch.

You fucking tactically inept idiot.
Don't say things like that as you will get called out.....even if it's the truth.

I'm starting to think Poch doesn't actually watch the games with the Ndombele comment.

I think he just sits there and looks at the tablet on Jesus' lap for 90 minutes and makes his decisions based on what pops up on the screen

Watch the press conference, i think he's just trying to justify why he is rotating, possibly took it as a sight to the other players like winks as well. TG did come on and play well though.

A response of a man that knows he should have started our best midfield player.
Exactly! Asked at the beginning why has he made so many changes, we lose and Ndombele shows something different to prove the journos question was valid so Poch gets stroppy about it.

He's lost it

Prior to N'Dombele coming on, we had 1 shot on target (for Kane's goal) (4 total) to their 12 (21 total). After he came on we had about 10 more.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on, they had 75% possession to our 25%.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on they had 300 more passes than us.

Prior to N'Dombele coming on we had a 60% accuracy passing to their 85%.

What is this dude watching?

Well we did hit the bar at 1-0 ( yes classed as off target which imo son should’ve scored ).
