I dont think Levy will act though. That is the problem.

I agree, I think he'll leave it for now, but it's a mistake. Writing is on the wall.

He's probably got a two pronged approach at the moment:

1) waiting for other Clubs to move for Poch to avoid compensation

2) while waiting for developments regarding the above, desperately hoping that results and performances improve

Guessing, but probably has next International break as a make or break point.

Ironically Poch did pretty much everything that was discussed on SC
- changed the formation. then again and again - getting worse
- dropped CE, brought him back, dropped again - no change
- tried Sanchez, dropped him, tried again - getting worse
- played KWP, was unhappy then switched to Aurier - no improvement

Can someone explain me what exactly Allegri could do with our current team, teach Winks how to pass fwd ? Sissoko how to strike on target?

Utd couldn't match mourinho's spending ambitions. We can't even come close to what they spend. A complete non starter in my opinion. He doesn't care about buying for the future he wants top players in their prime on top wages. We can't do any of that.

Levy and Mourinho would be match made in hell! Can you just imagine Jose reacting to the way we do transfer business!

Drop the Winks and Sissoko partnership for a start.

Shouldnt the ideal world have happened this week or last week or this season or last season?
Poch is a fake. He is a good fitness coach. He was a not bad man manager, thats out the window now too
Pretty harsh words.
I disagree he is a fake.
Pochettinho is a good manager let's be fair.
He has in his time improved players and been able to work magic on a tight budget.
We will have to wait and see how this all pans out.
I personally am in favour of Levy backing Pochettinho for a couple of windows with incoming and the obvious outgoings so he can build the next version.
I get others reservation who believe Pochettinho has failed to win trophies and may have lost the players and our results over the last 9 months is unacceptable so should be sacked and we move onto the next.

you’re honestly saying that up until Jan 2019 we played shit negative football under Poch? Because if you are saying that you’re talking bollocks.

Now you are talking bollocks. Go and watch our PL games in August 2018 till New Years Day 2019 and tell me how many games wern't shit and negative. Some people actually think we only started playing poorly in Jan 2019 which is actually demented.

I think our players need another voice to listen to, someone that they'll respect, get them in and the rest takes care of itself.

The quality of our football has been crap. You talk of our players as an average lot that are badly in need of some quality.
These players should at least destroy some of these weaker teams at worst.
Our system was built in a certain type of way, mostly of a highly fit tough defence and playing off the counter.
We have so many quality players even now and Poch cant adjust his game. Every game is a struggle.
We cant even beat Colchester ffs

For £8.5m a year, I'd expect a little more tactical nous than one could inspire from an internet forum. That's why these guys get paid well to do, right?

So the overall answer would be to put together a team and play to their strengths and the opposition's weaknesses.
