Our season will turn around by the end of Nov, with the reintroduction of Lo Celso, introduction of Sess, Ndombele getting fully match fit and hopefully Poch still being here. Liverpool away is going to be a shit show.

Maybe. Problem is top four will be out of reach by then.

Southgate doesn’t set his team up to get the best out of Harry Kane at all imo. Kane’s service for England is barely better than what he gets at Tottenham.
Agree. Kane is the supplier for England despite being the best striker. This is due to him also being our best creative player. Sterling can tap it in fron 2ft and get all the plaudits but its Kane doing the donkey work.
Watch the supply Kane receives from the rest of the team. Bloody non existent.

he’s definitely a good manager. It’s just run it’s course here unfortunately. I really don’t know where we go from here.
Yep, he's good, just too one-dimensional to be considered "top" imo.
He's still got a lot to learn and sadly, we might be just a part of that process.

Isn’t it end of October / November time when most PL managers are sacked?
I can’t see Poch surviving passed the Liverpool game. I think we will get an absolute shooing. It will be like the Man City away game where they should have really scored 6 without reply.

As things stand I think Mourinho is the best choice. What I like about him is he will expect us to win the PL and will accept nothing less.

Rashford and sometimes Sancho zero brain power and will much rather try and beat a man 50 times and shoot from an impossible angle than square it for the often unmarked Kane. Rashford must be the most frustrating teammate in football.

Sterling is getting better in this respect. It’s what is behind them that is the biggest problem. Henderson, Rice, Winks, Barkley etc....no striker wants to see them in possession of the football. Pointless even contemplating making any sort of run hoping they’d spot it and make the pass!

This has just dawned on me. Even if Pochettino could rebuild a team as good as 16/17 what makes people believe he could actually win something with that team. He couldn’t do it the first time so why should he be able to do it now. And remember he inherited 7 or 8 of that team.

I know some want to have faith that he'll turn this around and that with new signings he will be able to. I admire that but this isn't like coming in to a new club and getting the unhappy players on your side, ditching the ones you realise don't fit or are too far gone and then bringing in your players (like Poch did when he first arrived). It's much more than that.

When these negative aspects start to creep In and snowball, it's not simply a case of rebuilding and going again. 3 or 4 players replacing isn't too difficult to manage as it's a simple case of revolving doors and freshening it up. But look at the list of players whose forms has completely escaped them. That tells me those players have lost confidence in themselves and the team or worse lost faith in the coach.

The longer we accept this dreadful run the louder the dissenting voices will get. Some will accept defeats and draws and lose interest, others (Kane) will want to move to a club that wants to win honours.

I'll just add, as a football fan you go to watch your team with the belief and hope you can get a result. That's what keeps you interested.

I currently have zero belief in the team and that's mostly because I have no faith in what poch is currently doing nor saying.

Your pinning your hopes on a player who has 19 mins of Prem League football and who will probably not start a game until December and an 18 year old kid. It’s unfortunately not going to change much.

Do you consider Pep Guardiola to be one dimensional ?
Really good teams do not go changing formations for differing circumstances

I think Poch's problem has been trying to change things because he hasnt been able to change players Outr players strength and weaknesses are well known in the prem and team have learned to play against our personnel

You could change Poch but that doesnt solve the Alderweireld/Eriksen/Rose/Vertonghen issue. If you change Poch you will still need to change the players

I think the stadium new build and not buying players is the real cause and hurting us badly

The recent performance would suggest that Poch simply doesn't even know where to start in terms of arresting the slide. That's what is most worrying. I would be less worried if we were losing/drawing but certain sections or aspects of the team had been addressed and were showing signs of improvement e.g. how difficult is it to increase the passing tempo and reduce the number of touches taken?

That's very true regarding Pep but Poch's lack of any proper plan b, and his inability to have any form of in-game management is what sets them apart, for me anyway.

I find myself almost hoping that it will.
I find myself definitely hoping that it will. Poch should already be gone, and if it takes Man Utd sacking Solskjaer and coming in for Pochettino to make that happen then let's all pray that happens, like, yesterday.
