I feel that Poch has kinda given up and just waiting for the time when Levy fires him, ultimately I feel that Levy won't want to sack him because of the huge payout and he's possibly waiting for Real/Utd to come in for him but he's not gonna win this one especially if results and performances are just going to get worst every week. The way the players are playing this situation can't go on for much longer.

I’m willing to accept the idea of a “painful rebuild” if Poch actually started showing signs of implementing it. Instead I’m just seeing the same old stale team selections and tactics every week.

Poch needs to start trusting the players signed for the future. Players like Ndombele and Sanchez should be starting every game, not being left on the bench or being hooked at half time when we are playing shit as collective.

Foyth has played for Argentina and Sessegnon and Lo Celso are in full training now. Poch needs to get them in the team ASAP. I don’t care about “easing players in”. They cannot do any worse than the shit we are seeing at the moment.
Completely agree but he wants to be liked all the while by the players..he proved that when selecting Kane for the CL final.

Bye bye Poch

Was fun while it lasted. Been awful for too long now. Second half of last season and start of this is appalling. We look like relegation candidates

Should've happened after Brighton, we're just dropping needless points now. The season is still young and Top 4 is more than achievable still. I've reached the stage where I want us to get beat so he can go; short-term pain for long-term gain.

When he does go, he'll go with my thanks. The last few years have been brilliant and 14/15 & 16/17 - the latter in particular - will live long in the memory. We didn't win anything, but we were fucking phenomenal.

Let's not fall into the trap Arsenal did with Wenger and let sentiment override the reality that's unfolding in front of our eyes.

Our squad is good enough to NOT be scraping a draw at home vs the leagues bottom club or getting thrashed 3-0 vs BRIGHTON

Yes the squad needs addressing in certain areas but that does not excuse our RELEGATION form this whole YEAR

Alright CALM DOWN

That sounds ridiculous, but our 2019 form is literally relegation form.

Oh I totally agree that it sounds ridiculous but it’s the hard cold truth that we are a team that has been playing like a bottom half premier league side for nearly 12 months.

I think that's the reality of it as well. It's clear as fucking day that the majority of players are not going to perform at the required level and looks like Poch doesn't give much of a shit either.

What a sad, sad state of affairs. Waited all this time for new stadium and we look completely lost with no direction.

Levy is undoubtedly biding time, waiting for United possibly, or somehow hoping we turn it around.

Its not going to happen, morale is on the floor.

We'll get hammered next week and then the pressure will be too much for Levy to ignore.

Thanks for the memories Poch but this is fucking footballing purgatory we are in right now.

Just needs to be put out of his and our misery.

Should have gone after Brighton result. Allow a new manger to be bought in during the international break, so the players return to a fresh start. With CL this week, there will be no change. So that’s another week of a regime that see a draw at home to Watford as acceptable.

Detest him until he's gone so I can feel the love of him for the good memories he's brought us.

Until then Poch irritates the hell out of me now.

The only argument I see for not sacking him tonight (and honestly, it should have been done straight after the Bayern Munich game) is that we're likely to get royally humped by Liverpool whoever's in charge, so might as well wait and appoint a new manager after we've got the inevitable loss out of the way and give the new man a chance to start off his tenure on a positive note. But that's the only argument I can see for not sacking him straight away, and that's still what I'd like to see happen.

Agree. I’d still be inclined to get him out ASAP; at least you can write off the next game without damaging morale any further and bed in new ideas a week earlier
