I wouldn't say bored but I am a bit tired of the circus that is surrounding the club. Players saying there is no issues then going out and losing to Brighton 3-0 in what was one of the worst performances we have had in a decade.

I'm bored of the money surrounding the game, this player wants x amount, we need to spend x amount to be able to challenge, tiring, I just want to enjoy football, good football.

I can't wait for this weekend though, super sunday, UNITED VS LIVERPOOL THE BIGGEST RIVALRY IN FOOTBALL, bet it will be another thrilling Sky game.

Anyone else a bit bored of Spurs - I am

I also love Spurs, I guess like anything, too much of something can get boring and i think too much of the crap that has gone on the last couple of months has started to take its effect on me.

Id stick with Poch simply because apart from one or two out there, i think he will sort the crap out thats on the pitch.

Yep, something is missing for me. Not looking forward to our game at all on Sat which is a first for me under Poch.

Will he stay, will he go, will he be sacked? so many opinions but still no signs from the club re whether he will definitely stay or be replaced.

There’s been a 2 week break... plenty of time for Poch and co to assess the situation and devise a plan to rectify the situation.

Watford - a must win. If we see a repeat of the Brighton game then he’s dead in the water.

Liverpool - not expecting anything from this game but again, it’s one thing going down trying and another getting obliterated. If the latter then again there would be no coming back from this.

Poch is supposed to be a ruthless manager therefore he needs to a) drop the contract rebels and b) stop pissing about with his formation and playing people out of position.

There’s no shame in drawing or losing a game if you tried and/or have a decision go against you but again, if he fails to rectify the above issues then he’s not going to change and has to go.

I hope he grows a pair but he needs to do this now before it’s to late, we cannot have a repeat of Bayern and Brighton.

Its not even not looking forward to it because I think we may lose (I think we will win), its just that im not like excited about it. I used to hate international breaks but that break came at a good time for me and hopefully for us as a team.

Im looking forward to the rugby more than the football.

We have enough quality to make a showing in games even if we just are talking about the weaker teams. When our defence was really worked we worked off of that. Build a great moat and high walls around the castle and eventually the intruders will go home. Now the walls are softer we needed to attack attack attack. That's what I think we bought 3 of the 4 buys for. But Poch has to know how to transition from defence to attack without leaving the back door open.
I think we need 3 in the midfield with NDombele pushing forward CM/AM area,Winks in the middle spreading the ball and helping the defence and Dier or Foyth insurance in front of defence/slide into CB etc

Read the THST meeting notes. Levy whole heartedly backed him and asked the fans to do the same.

Lets face it, we should have bought replacements for Rose, Eriksen and Verts over the last 2 years and gradually phased them into the team, in fact we haven't had a left footed back up for Verts since Wimmer left 2 yrs ago.

That's why the self-imposed transfer embargo was so damaging...teams need constant refreshing

The amount of surgery needed now means that one way or the other we'll have to take one step back before we move forwards...

A common line used by many a chairman... he’s not going to come out in public and say he doesn’t support his manager.

Didn’t your original post say that no word from the club has been given about whether he’ll be backed? Daniel levy said pretty much exactly this. What more do you want him or anyone else to say?

If Poch isnt ruthless here, he’ll have to go. This is the chance to be ruthless and drop players from the 18 who dont have a future here.

I’m definitely having a moment of dread that Saturday is nearly upon us, that’s for sure.

You can buy it or not, but the reason most of them want to run their contracts down is to get a big pay day. Although they’re all playing so shite now that they may be jeopardising it now.
If anything, that counteracts them playing bad, they should be playing through the skin knowing that they will earn a big transfer fee as a signing on bonus if they play well

You're trolling surely? If not, how disrespectful are you? Poch has been nothing short of amazing for this Club. Competing against petrol Clubs & fighting against them on meager financies , not on a level playing field & yet season after season punching well above our weight. If your post is genuine then I'm using the ignore feature on this forum for the first time.
