Wow. Wow. Wow. I don't see how he stays after this debacle, hot on the heels of the Colchester disaster. And then makes a decision to start a pathetically out of form, Dele... and let's Aurier play again, after that dumbass got himself sent off on the weekend.

There is no way Levy should let results of the last month slide. If Poch is still our coach by the weekend, then I fully expect we'll persist with him until at least December/January.

Shocking.

Thanks for everything Poch but walk now please.

Dont care what excuses people want to make, he has the players available to perform better than he is.

He chooses to play the wrong players in the wrong system. The mentality of the group and leadership in this team is poor and that stems from him, it is his responsibility to coach the team and make the right decisions and he is not doing it to the level needed.

No more clinging on to hope that we showed fight against Southampton and dug in or played well against crystal palace. Its over, he has taken us as far as he can but we need to change.

A hiding was coming. If this doesn't make the coaching staff change what they are doing then nothing will.

We can change Poch and every other manager before and after but we won’t start winning things until we change the way we do things at the top.

One thing Poch was right on - happy to let all the defenders leave in the summer. They were abysmal all night. Plenty more hammerings coming.

He doesn’t need to resign, Levy needs to sack him.

We’ve been an absolute shit show to watch in 2019 and our form alone is enough to warrant him being sacked.

You know, right now it doesn't matter who comes in! Anyone with a basic idea of tactics and systems could come in or anyone with a season under their belts in Football manager could come in and be more of a success that Poch right now!

Would help if we actually had some sort of tactical awareness
The players don't believe in the system, en large they never have
Yeah they’ve been stunning out there.. acting like scummy Chelsea players would but at least those players also won things when it mattered..
They don't believe in the system at all. They have made that repeatedly clear to him and yet he persists with it.

He's never been tactically good, he's a motivator. That now can't motivate, because he's too stubborn to listen!!!

We went two transfer windows because he would only accept a very small number of players that were at the time unobtainable, now that stubbornness has gone to a whole new level.

Levy’s face at the end... not angry. He looked like he was on the verge of tears. That leaves me wondering if he’s just done,
