He wouldn't last to long at Madrid. And that's not me trying have a dig at him.

He won't have time there for a 'project'.

Tired of the way he adds fuel to the rumour mill though. It got boring last season hearing it and now it's just frustrating.

It’s disrespectful to us. The fans.

I don’t want players at the club who don’t want to be here and who think they’re doing us some kind of favour and I wouldn’t want a manager who thinks the same. Does he really want his current job anymore?
To think people thought he’d be our Fergie eh?!? Imagine Ferguson’s reply to such questions

Spot on, dont want anyone here who doesn't want to be. So if Poch does and wants to drop any players to help him, he has my backing.

However if he doesnt and continues to court himself to other jobs when his entire focus should be on us, Levy has my full backing to do the same with him.

If he was to go to RM, I don’t think he would be a success. Plus takes one year for him to have the fitness levels etc, that he wants. Only plus for him is less competition in the league.

Getting players like Hazard to manage in the dressing room. Oh joy.

I wonder if it’s all a bit of self sabotage. Similar to Saturday when he bought Wanyama in which at both the time and in hindsight was an abysmal error in judgment. Perhaps he thinks rather than leave he should just fuck about a bit as a catalyst of some sort.

He accepts nothing less than 100% dedication but continues to spout shit like this just doesn’t add up for me.

I wish he'd just close down all rumours and any talk of other clubs but he's literally spoke like this his entire time here. Only difference is now things have soured so the fan-base is reacting to it.

If he goes then let’s bring mourinho in so we can at least win a trophy or two.

That would help change the mentality of the club.
We wouldn’t win trophies with Mourinho. He would fall out with all the players and force them into miserable, turgid performances. We’d hit horrible form, and Levy would move him on within a year, leaving a trail of misery behind him.
The guys a busted flush. We don’t want to get sucked into his inevitable destructive decline.

Starting to get really sick and tired of Pochettino for the first time and this interview tonight has done him no favours. He knows exactly what he’s doing and exactly what a stir this will cause. I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that we need fresh blood in the hotseat.

He's won multiple trophies at every club he's managed.
Not saying it'll end with sunshine and rainbows but to be that dismissive of a perpetual winner is a bit odd.
Clubs dont hire Jose because they think he'll still be there in 5/6 years time...they hire him to win pots, and I think thats what the club needs and the fans deserve.

Its all pointless though as we know we'll end up with another 10 year project with Eddie Howe.
But whilst I'm pipe dreaming id really like Simeone, partly because he seems like a cool muthafucker...but mainly because of that absolute unit he has as his number 2, he's awesome.

pretty disgraceful hitching of the skirt. but thats Poch. he’s done nothing to quell the rumours on his future, yet expects explicit loyalty from his players. this is his mess, and much like the Eriksen saga in the summer, I no longer feel like I care anywhere near as much as I should.

Haven’t seen those fitness levels with us for a few years to be fair. Everyone always seem to get injured instead

Wow, bad timing and not great to hear at all Poch.

Maybe Mourinho wouldn’t be best? I don’t know. This change he’s apparently had time to discover, maybe it’s been good for him?

Eddie Howe is not at Poch’s level, only plus for him is Levy would bully him. That’s not a plus for the club though.

Allegri? I don’t know too much about him, but he’s never been shy of putting his foot in it with quotes, I believe. Also plays a possession based system, conserving energy rather than pressing. So that’s a no from me.

Benitez? Stop gap.

I’d rather Poch turned it around, but it doesn’t even look like he wants to.

There needs to be fresh impetus - I think very few people doubt this.

We can all laud what Fergie did in terms of creating not one, but several title winning teams and finding the knack of even during transition still being competitive and ultimately keeping the trophy count ticking over.

However, even he realised the need for fresh ideas and a different voice for players to hear. All the talk on Pochettino but how about focus on the other coaches? Perez has been a mainstay with Pochettino but why can't we look to implement new members of staff or ex players in the first team environment because you just feel that communication and application between what management want and what transpires on the pitch isn't being replicated whatsoever.

It's all too stale for my liking and if I'm honest I don't think Pochettino has pushed himself enough out of his comfort zone/blanket of familiar personnel to make the change to facilitate success.

Avoid lying in bed, absentmindedly scratching your testicles while scrolling through the Poch thread. It’ll only lead to all kinds of chafing

So you're saying there's a chance? ?

Found it interesting that he admitted he deserved being sacked from United the other day. Never heard him say anything of the sorts.
