You're never gonna get rid of this mentality from some Spurs fans, they think the next fuck up is just around the corner no matter the circumstance, quite sad tbh.

Pff where the hell would they of got that idea from?
Nuts jobs.

What’s he up to now then?!?!

Poch on his plans for the future: "I think they are going to listen [to me]. I think Daniel is going to listen. Sometimes, you know I have crazy ideas, but it’s to be brave. I think it’s time for the club to take risks. Every new season will be difficult."

Sounds to me like it’s going to be a busy window. Would be ok with me. I doubt the manager has been that pleased with the performances since the Chelsea game and knows who’s in and out.

Plus it’s good as it sounds like there’s been chats about transfer strategy already.

Also this:

"I think it is a good point to talk now. We need to talk between us as a club. I don’t know if the club will agree with me. To create the new project or what I think we need to do. To try to improve. That is a little bit up to Daniel. After four years we need to assess that period. We need to review a little bit the things."

Exciting quotes! Hopefully a big summer coming up, and with the transfer window closing before the season starts, we should have all our players in by the first game.

This him putting the pressure on Levy again to make key signings early doors?

It's not just putting pressure on for new signings, it will be to reward the players we have here already like Eriksen, Kane and Dele so they don't want to leave.

No point in spending £150M if we end up with 4 Sissokos

Can’t get much for £150 these days, not even a Sissoko, as shit as he is!

It's obvious that Poch want money to spend, question is, does levy want to spend? Levy drive a hard bargain and it could possibly result in tantrum seeing Poch leaving. Happened before (i.e. conte juventus)

The thing I don’t understand is that suddenly Poch wants to rip up his previous modus operandi of growing players to spending lots of money. In doing that he becomes a completely different manager to how we know he has been in the past. If you read his book it goes completely against how he thinks about football. It also goes against how him and levy planned to grow the club and also talk about the club’s financial plans.

If all of a sudden he’s changed for some reason then he will be on a collision course with levy because that’s not how they have agreed to operate in the past. Poch even said in the week that he didn’t envisage spending massive money on a single player at THFC.

Therefore I don’t believe it’s all about money actually, just that Poch wants his transfer decisions to be backed by the board. We all think that means with buying players but what if it’s selling them for the benefit of the team.

Bottom line is he has been fantastic for 4 years. We cant keep finishing top 3 with the others spending so much more

We are currently the best team in London so now is the time to use that advantage to pull further away from chelsea and arsenal

As it stands I would like to hope if we were in for the same player as liverpool and we offered the same the player would choose us

That then leaves the manc clubs who cant buy everyone. The PL is the best league in the world and we are the capitals best team

I think he knows this the moment we need to push on and what will help that is a some experience of winning things but those players come at a price.
