But apparently he's a useless player (he doesn't even get play time for the shop window) so why would anyone pay what Levy wants?

Didn't you get the memo.

Levy expects 2019 prices when it comes to selling players but 2009 prices when it comes to buying players. He'll milk every penny he can get for KWP and other fringe players but won't cough up the extra to improve us.

IMO, Poch is using Foyth ahead of KWP to give him more time on the pitch and get experience. With that in mind, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Foyth was pencilled in as Toby's replacement and Poch wants to get a better look at him.

Plus it's great for CB's to get game time as fullbacks when they're still developing, if we think that Foyth has more of a long term future at spurs then it stands to reason that he's going to be ahead of KWP for that reason alone.

We need to ask ourselves if he leaves in the summer who'd be in for him? There's no secrets in football, every player is scouted and assessed to the nth degree. I'd love him to be a top player but he's not, he's at the level of players like Naughton and we've left that behind.

I'm not sure that would tell us much. Maybe a better question would be how good would be be now if he'd played more games? I'm still not sure if he'll be leaving. We need home grown players and hes shown enough in the games he has played to suggest that he could be a decent squad option at least.

And he might just think that Foyth is a better defensive option at this stage. He might prefer KWP when we need a more attacking option at RB.

More like he's using forth because he bought him but he has no responsibility for kwp

KWP is apparently more unreliable untrustworthy and error prone, because of his slip against Barcelona and handball against Palace. We can ignore the errors all the other RBs have made this season. Same ole same ole, certain plays will get more rope than others

KWP also at fault for the freekick against Southampton that resulted in their winner.

People cherry pick all they want, they've been as guilty as one another for brain farts on the pitch.

I think KWP is good enough for 75% of our league games next season, minutes with his team mates are only going to help him develop further.

Good enough is still not good enough if we wanna challenge for the title - even against lesser sides. Way to weak to play for a top3 side. Just my onions.

Hope Aurier & Foyth gets fit soon enough.

How many people would have said the same about Kane or Winks before they got serious minutes? Let's not write him off until he's had a run of games in the league, then see how he does.

I agree. Many title challenging teams have players deemed not good enough. I think it is ridiculous to write him off at this stage. Especially since he has performed well when called upon so far.

Get use to it, and start backing him. Because no RB is coming in! We still have three! I know things can change, but can’t see it here.

I'm fine with that. At least we can definitively put to rest whether he should be given a chance or not. I hope it takes it with both hands and establishes himself!

He needs a run of games now. He’s had great moments and dodgy ones but I feel like we can’t pass proper judgement until he’s had an extended run in the team. We might have to accept he’ll make some mistakes initially but there’s a definitely a good player in him. Pretty sure he was considered a bigger prospect than the likes of Wan-Bissaka when they were academy players as well. Time to give him a proper shot.
