Would take a huge concession from RM to make it work IMHO. If they want him off their books that badly maybe there's a way they'll help to manage the costs of moving him on.

I also feel that Bale himself will need to consider what this move is about - is he willing to take a hit on his weekly earnings (how would he manage) with more bonuses loaded in to come to us.

His options otherwise need to be a club like PSG or City with silly money to offer.
