Needed something from that last game, I think we’re going to be too reliant on our big four to win as I’m not that confident of at least six of our guys getting a result

I’m not a fan of the football chants at any golfing event. I am a traditionalist when it comes to golf.
The beer cans at Waste management Phoenix. 😳 Crass Americans. We should be better than that.

Lowry and Fleetwood playing 10 and 11. Put two of the experienced guys at the bottom incase it all goes tits up and we need to claw a point from somewhere at the anchor. Didn’t hear it here. Rahm out first. He’ll be playing someone who was seen crying earlier today.

I think we will be fine. Said today that 3-1 against would be enough this afternoon to quell any proper momentum for them

Wow, surprised at that, big call from Johnson. If that’s the first match up I actually see Rahm taking him out early doors which hopefully will all but kill them off 🤞

I do love British and Irish fans for their quick wit, simple lyric creation and their ability to then recruit hundreds of other strangers around them...to sing their ditty.
On the 10th green the European fans were simply waving their caps at Cantlay...after he allegedly refused to wear his cap this week because he's not getting paid to play at the Ryder Cup.

But, by the time his match got to the 16th...those cheeky fans had managed to come up with a song and somehow encouraged hundreds of others to sing it.
Totally brilliant.

At least the whole hat thing with Cantlay and the proceeding blow up of his caddie on 18 made today a little more interesting in what has been such a lopsided event.

I've been reading quite a few different articles on how the American golfers are so used to be adored on the PGA tour and cheered on by fans that when they come over to Europe they have no ability to create any sort of fire or energy from within. If you look at Europe over the years they had guys that always bring the energy on American soil and that trickles down throughout the entire team. USA is a bunch of dull golfers with little personalities. At least Cantlay and his caddie leaned into the event a bit yesterday and tried to create something as a motivating factor.

More footage. Poor poor form from a caddy who is a legendary caddy, and should know better.

But watch Billy Foster(Fitzpatricks caddy) fist bump Cantlay congratulating him on his putt, proper pro caddying in what i think is about his 12th or 13th Ryder Cup.

This could yet get nervy - lots of red on the middle of the board. The outcome of Rahm v Scheffler could be very significant.

Hovland best player all weekend, monster performance. Need Rahm to win/half his match though or this could get far too tense

If Rose could even squeeze a half out of Cantlay it would be huge. Unfortunate to go back to 2 down after working hard to win the last 2 holes.

We really need to turn one of those middle matches with the bottom ones as close as they are. Fizzy getting a half would be massive.

Unfortunately those Europeans still out there have barely holed a putt all day. Pars aren’t going to win you holes on Sunday.

Lowry would be the only one I'd fancy as he managed to claw the deficit back at one point.
