If F1 wants to bring all teams closer, they need to put restrictions on spending, but also seen this.

Ferrari also gets its own dedicated prize money pay-out as well as sharing in the 47.5% and the CCB Fund. The dedicated prize pot gives Ferrari 5% of F1’s underlying profit which comes to at least $62.2 million annually.

It shouldn't matter how long you have been part of F1, giving them extra revenue isn't helping also (even though they haven't had the best cars over recent years) again an unfair advantage to the middle order teams.

Thanks to Sky I’ve lost all interest in the sport, despite being a fan since the Senna days. Cheers Sky (y)

It doesn’t help that they keep tinkering with the rules in daft ways, and that a merely above average driver like Hamilton gets labelled as some sort of legend. Rosberg was always mediocre, but beat him to a title in the same car. Sorry, I’m sure many will disagree, but Lewis is overrated.

It’s a dying sport anyway. Problems with historical tracks, poor attendance at several races, the lack of overtaking, crap drivers buying their way into it, constant rule changes, and dodgy deals with dodgy countries. Booting that vile dinosaur Bernie into the scrap heap is a start, but they still have so much to do.

Both mercs on the front row again. Ferrari just throwing it away. Hopefully someone can do something tomorrow to stop merc running away with it.

I think the walls maybe the biggest contributor to either the success or failure of Ferrari tomorrow. If Botas turns up like he did in Aus though I think the race is already over, and Ferrari have already thrown the season away. Merc haven’t even started trying yet.

I’m excited for the midfield battle though, the Toro’s look strong and Lando is looking better everyweek.

Merc 1-2 again.

Yawn.
The problem isn’t the Merc 1-2 but rather that whoever gets off the line quickest invariably wins. Width and length of these cars along with their aero packages makes overtaking non-existent. Worst race of the season next as well. The Monaco borefest

Surely they have to get rid of the Monaco GP it's just not a racetrack anymore with these modern cars. As for Lewis his whining was at an all time peak today still just got the job done I spose

He is just an extroverted personality and needed to get it off his chest to help him focus. I’m similar and would do the same

Agree about Monaco though. Awful race

Fun and games in Canada.....:)

  1. Hamilton wins, but Vettel loses race after five-second penalty for 'forcing Hamilton off track'
  2. Vettel parks car and walks off refusing to go to podium

The war between the Ferrari fanboys and the Lewis fanboys over this is going to be more entertaining than the race was.

3. Vettle moves the #1 from in front of Hamilton's car to where his should be, and #2 to in front of Hamilton's car.
