First time I've ever seen England play the press. We made that. And have to say. Klopp will Instill that in the bin dippers. So things are looking very good. But yes. So proud. Even my goonie mates grudgingly agree.

Phil McNulty rated Alli as motm, and seems to think that Rose was just meh.

What a melon.

As someone who is not English I did think Alli was MOM.. that boy has swagger.. Danny had a great debut & has put himself in pole position for LB position.. Walker without having kicked a ball is the best option for RB.. I got so many disagrees at the start of the seasons when I said I don't rate Clyne & it's the protection he got from Wanyama & Schneiderlin & there defensive shape at Soton that made him look good... Clyne & Smalling (no positional sense)& to some extent the form he is in Cahill, will cost England at Euros

The 4 Spurs boys made them certainties imo.. Germany though were playing in friendly mode.. England wanted it more & Hodgson has to go with the young hungry players with no fear..
Eric Dier has England future captain written all over him

Been banging the Spurs drum for a while to my less informed mates, but for once was happy keeping my mouth shut and letting them sing their praises. Incredibly proud tonight. COYS

I'd say BBC Sport's ratings are pretty much spot-on.

It was overall a strong performance by England, especially because we showed some grit to come from behind. However, other than Vardy, none of the non-Spurs players really stood out. A few put in fairly decent (par) performances, whilst the rest were mediocre at best.

For Euro 2016, I presume Hart and Stones will come in for Butland and Cahill (didn't do himself any favours tonight). Lallana and Henderson really seem to be favourites of Roy's though, and that does worry me. Anyone else think Rooney could be our best option to play alongside Dier?

Stupid playing Can at Rb.. why not play Durm ... Khedira is quarter the player he was.. Kramer, Goretzka, Weigl & Stendaard should all be ahead of him.. like Podolski,& Schurrle they get picked for what they done in the past
