i just hope (after the sacking) this doesn't mean we have to wait even more longer to conclude the vertonghen deal (or any other deals in line)
but at the same time don't want Levy to rush into an appointment and get someone in like Gordan Strachan

Pleased to hear Sherwood should stay.
I thought he was a Harry appointment but, one made with a long term view for the club

Just skimmed 30 pages in 30 minutes - excellent stuff.

Sort of sad to see Harry go because we really did play the best football I've even seen in my time supporting Spurs.

But his limitations are there for all to see.

Genuinely excited as to who are new manager will be.

Because it's 2 o'clock in the morning.
It's four o'clock in the morning
We're still putting the world to rights
The whiskey's started talking
There's a fire in your eyes
Conspiracy lies heavy
In every word you breathe
Contentious bones - widely known
Watering the seeds
Be sure to send a postcard
When you get there let me know
You know that I won't stop you when you go
It's five o'clock in the morning
And you're glad to be alive
The booze has finished working
The world is on your side
It's clear to see the tyranny
Was all some kind of plot
You secretly confide in me
Where there's brass there's muck
Be sure to send a postcard
When you get there let me know

Yep, just the trendy choice. That's why I, and many others, have rated him for a couple of years or more.

I don't have anything against those other guys, but just saying anyone who think Martinez would be a good choice has lost the plot is way too far and only illustrates how little we should consider your opinion.
What do you base your 'rating' on?

Steady progression?

Tactical nous?

Trophies won?

Ability to manage high profile players?

Quality of Football played?

Strength of character?

Winning mentality?

Or is there some other 'intangible' that puts him up there because he's really displayed none of the above in my eyes.

He might end up a success were he to come to us, but all current evidence suggests otherwise.

I'm intrigued as to your reasoning.

Wooooo

We courted JK a long time ago, not going to be him, but WAS an option I know

I put my knows in the RO section. I also forgot AvB. Pep? Well JR wanted more money than he was on... Who knows

Just want this sorted. Think sharp, look smart be smarter

There is a new sponsor deal on table which blows UTD and Liverpool away for 8-10 years including the stadium, I cannot state enough, this isn't a whim and pray. It's calculated. It's DL. It's a business that has passion and pride and wants to get bigger.

That is pretty much from the mouth of the horse

Can you just explain this post AY. I thought you said JK was the target ? Who is JR ?
