Not sure if to put this here, but can anyone confirm this, I heard that Spurs are now NOT moving into the new training ground in July but will instead move in December

I think that maybe partly true in that nothing won't be revealed until pontetially after the Euro's but I'm damn sure something has either happened or happening as we speak.

If its a manager of a current Euro team then an announcement may be delayed out of respect to his wishes not to upset his country's Euro chances. If that's the case, I'd have no issues with Levy honoring that request.

My attempt to reconcile the serious ITK on this then.

JJ - not de Boer or Martinez. Wont happen quickly (likely because of Euros)
ValYid - Mourinho pushing Levy towards AVB
Dragon - Will happen quickly. Young manager

Out of interest, how've you gleaned Blanc is first choice? If you have gleaned that and it is true you could probably solve the countdown conundrums in Welsh.

So:

Blanc is first choice and we'd planned to wait and see what happens with France at Euros.

Have today though been given indication from him that he'll now extend and take France to WC.

Have moved on to second choice - AVB

Only serious German candidate is Klopp IMO (Klinsmann is a DoF and Low has just extended his contract and has a great chance of winning the WC in 2014).

Klopp would be a massive coup and we'd need to do a hard sell. Might marry with JJ's will take a while if we get the one we want?

Forget Klopp, Why would he leave Dortmund, The German Champions in the Champions League for a team in the Europa League next season, It's a step down at his current job level. More chance with Guardiola purely because he has no job at the moment through his own choice nonetheless but still unemployed.

I'm warming to AVB - rather him than dated Capello, weirdo Benitez and risky Martinez. Moyes would be unflattering but sensible. AVB perhaps biggest risk with biggest rewards.

Don't think there has been anything from POTL for the last 48hrs. Wonder if this provides any clues regarding his source?!?

No offence to the other itks but if JJ says nothing will happen for a while, then that's what I'll believe

All depends really on what he meant by a while.

Considering most people were expecting an almost immediate replacement, a while could mean anything from a few days to a few weeks

Which other viable options are there amongst the 16 coaches at the Euros?

Prandelli is probably the next most viable after Blanc

I agree. Would love Klopp. Would take a serious negotiation and have to allow Dortmond time to locate a successor, leading to more time before an announcement. Really, the only ones I could see requiring time to capture would be Pep (have to convince), Klopp (fee and allow time for BvB to find replacement), and Ancellotti (see Klopp). Anyone else should be a quicker capture.

Could be true. Dean parrett told me the other day there are still at the lodge at the moment.

I may be wrong, but I think that ValYid implied a while ago that he is not really ITK anymore, but just knows how the club, and people at the club, work. In that respect, what he says is relevant and informed, but not necessarily direct anymore.

Pretty sure the lack of activity from POTL is just an indication that he didn't want to share info while so much was going on within the club. Don't forget that these guys are not obligated to post info, and there are a number of circumstances where it makes sense to withhold info at least temporarily. I expect a recap post from him at some point that will address what has gone on the last few days.

Was always under the impression that POTLs source was on the playing side, so he might not have known too much about what was happening with Harry and Levy.
