Moutinho was a Spurs player according to Wikipedia briefly last summer...

POTL is talking about positions ie AVB sees Holtby as a deeper midfield player, not an attacking central midfielder.
Interesting Andre seemingly doesn't rate Holtby.
Lots said he was an Andre signing, I still believe it was 100% committee, like all of our signings.
Holtby did struggle to bed in too and looked a bit lost at times. Didn't start a couple of matches he could have and now facing an uphill battle having missed preseason.
I think he has potential but like Siggy he may suffer insofar as he has no definitive position in our starting line up.
(Snarf will be gutted.)
If he wants to go to World Cup it's Fulham, if he wants a nice pension fund QPR. Interesting to see which way he goes...heard the same today about parker.
fulham are hoping to do the deal today.
the deal with QPR will see him get a hefty bonus if they get promoted.
its up to him to decide.
If he's still got ambitions to go to Rio then surely it's a move to Craven Cottage?!heard the same today about parker.

agree with this, not sure he can handle the pace of the premiership...heard a few bundesliga teams sniffing around , wouldnt be surprised if he was offlaoded especially if erikssen comes in
Just found them:Interesting that AVB sees Holtby as a deep lying mid. I think there were some quotes that that was his preferred position too...
http://espnfc.com/news/story/_/id/1387141/lewis-holtby-keen-to-impress-at-tottenham?cc=5739"I believe, the number six is the position for my future. Between six and ten, I feel best in central midfield."
Just hope Townsend is in his plans too after being (apparently) touted to QPR.Great news about Carroll and Holtby being in AVB's plans - have high hopes for these two.
I thought the ITK was bundesliga clubs in for sigurdsson not holtby... probably both in hindsight. Would be pretty disappointed if one or both were sold to be honest.
Where is the next English DM in the queue? There's not much really. He'd go as a squad player, Woy loves experienced players who are tactically disciplined.I don't see there being much chance of him going to the world cup to be honest.
Holtby will play plenty of games with us this year don't you worry.Holtby is a player who would benefit the right loan move, still think he is adapting but I've seen enough to know he'll be a decent squad player,
Wherever Parker ends up all the best to him, he is a true Pro and abit of a throw back to older generation midfielders,
