The load with option to buy sounds sensible for the AC striker. Obviously though If they want the cash up front then perhaps this one drags on a bit

I heard someone on the radio mention Diego Costa as a loan option. That's what would probably wind people up.
Even though he’s a ugly looking twat the missing link between man and ape and the fact there is little to like about him I think he would be a excellent loan signing just the bullying get in your face striker that Jose loves and worked with down the road I would be all for it ?

KWP & CPFC. They want loan only! We want ‘loan with compulsory option!’ We value him as a young English at 20m. But fee could be lower if they agree to massive sell on etc.

Foyth. We won’t allow loan only, and if we do then high loan fee. We rather sale at ‘unrealistic price’. Various options being explored against the interest received.

Thanks herc !
Me personally would love to sell foyth and kwp. I haven't seen any improvement in those two so think it's better to sell then and hope we can bring in other young players

The itk so far is worrying. More panic measures rather than building something to a plan...I remember those days all too well

There's no ITK on him - don't get the thread locked.

Foyth is talented sure, he's had some good games and shown some amazing moments in matches. But we've all seen the other side too, the comical errors and rash challenges. I also think he's lacking physically to be cut out for the English game and would be better suited to where football is played more on the ground.

Despite the limited sample size I think Tanganga could well be a better prospect, he has made no silly errors thus far and seems more commanding than Foyth.

Would I sell him? No. But, if we are open to offers for Foyth then maybe just maybe Jose is right and we should trust his judgement. At the end of the day he has the interests of the team at heart. If he believes Foyth isn't reliable enough or is expendable so that the funds can be spent on other areas of weakness then i'm all for it.

It seems Pochettino has been proven right on Rose, Vertonghen and to an extent Toby now for example. Everyone is of course entitled to their opinion. However, if there's anything i've learned over these last few months it's that we ought to start trusting the judgement of those with the relevant qualifications who watch our players behave and perform on a daily basis.

KP. Clarification!
We are interested, but no official bid. We prefer loan with option (if it works out). Milan want sale with negotiable payment structure. We offered one player for sure as a sweetener. Won’t disclose whom, but squad player. Other strike options being discussed. But names will wind some up, and I don’t know what it would do to the others.

As long as it's not Glen Murray who is available ?

So you basically said that selling would be studid but loan would be great for both parties. I think that he has so much potential that he could be our De Bruyne and Salah. And Tanganga played 66 minutes in official games so I wouldn't say that he is more commanding than Foyth or don't make mistakes.

I wouldn't call selling him stupid for the reasons I mentioned. But what do I know compared to Jose Mourinho about what constitutes a solid CB is what i'm trying to say. And whilst I may not be in full agreement I can certainly understand the reasons. Foyth is still a case of from the sublime to the ridiculous and that's not a good trait for a CB. There is also no guarantee the mistakes will be ironed out, just look at John Stones, David Luiz, Chiriches for example. Maybe we are looking at a permanent transfer because we need the funds also.

Does this mean "irritates "?
If that's the right translation it sounds like we dont go for a "star" like dybala etc but it's good we have more players than one in mind

Thanks for the info as always !

Small reminder that in this thread guessing player names tends to get folk banned.

Consider this a public health warning.

Foyth. My penny’s worth based on what I just said. If we were to sell, we want crazy money for him, well in excess of 15m, which I cannot see someone paying, unless they really done their homework, as we would still likely put some sell-on/option in transfer.

loan would be with a sizeable loan fee, and I guest that at 5m.

More info when cleared by those I get collate my info from.

Don’t understand our valuations. If we deem in excess of £15m for a full international like Foyth “crazy”, then how are we thinking £20m+ is reasonable for KWP? I know he’s home grown, but still.

A&C's not around today and you guys are really taking the piss.

Can you please not message me all "surprised" when you lose your access. No, it won't be a "change in settings" or a "server problem" or a case of "mistaken identify". It'll be because you're idiots.

20 million is a lot for KWP, our best bet is a team loaning him with an option to buy in the summer if he does well, foyth makes no sense, I see massive potential in him, young players make mistakes and learn from them and I don't truly think CB is his best position in the future
