I usually hate when people come in here and post this but 'It's not happening so don't even do it to yourselves.'

I think this is one of those where you can run away with a little because if the club fail to pull it off then you can't really be disappointed with the club because it's an extremely difficult deal, there's only upside. My only hope is we are keeping our options open with a backup striker and don't focus solely on a near impossible deal.

As I have said previously, a lot of movement would be needed, but talks have been ongoing. My main man is super busy today, and this has come from a friend of a friend so to speak.

Silly thing to say but hope for the best but expect nothing.

More likely to see movement to bring back Pangaea than see Bale back at Spurs.

Well my buttocks are un-clenched, safe in the knowledge we won't sign anybody today of repute.

.....and i'm fine with that - we've done good business.

Mate I'm very doubtful aswell, just saying that unlike in other windows the media speculation isn't completely unfounded.

Can we refrain from posting anything other than "Bale is coming" stuff. Negativity is not needed at this time. Thank you.

At the moment looks like the majority of media outlets are saying it isn't happening. Pretty sure it was only one reporter for the times who suggested it was on?

Hopefully working on a few deals and not just concentrating all our efforts in Bale!

That’s what concerns me. It will take more than our usual attempts at trying, and when it ultimately fails we’ll still have no CF.

 we will never sign Bale, he gets over a mill a month in a hot country for one of the biggest clubs in the world. He doesn't seem that bothered about his playing time so i doubt he will come to spurs and take a drop in wages for it.

Gone past caring about Bale. Seriously it's become boring. We have had a good window and Giroud would cap it off nicely in my onions.
Well then you may not want to see what as just posted in the OG thread...
