What would be the plan if we had both Villa and Leandro?

Would it be a case of those two competing for the central striker role or would Villa be used as an option on either side of the striker in a three (i.e. Bale Leandro Villa)?

I would like to see Villa on the left, Leandro in the centre and Bale on the right. This is all dependent on having an attacking midfield link-up player. Oh and pigs flying.

Edit: D'oh! I echo Ryan's league winning statement.

You sir, are a legend. Well played last window. You just got unlucky.

Cheers mate. But think in the end we where all unlucky, his goals might have secured us champions league next season. Anyway lets not get ahead of ourselves this deal could come crashing down its happened before could happen again.

Alternatively, he could have needed a few months to adapt, we still get fifth, and some people here and elsewhere would already be slating him as a failure. You just never know.

Win the Premier League

I don't see why not. The good teams with stability will fare well next season. Us and Arsenal, plus Chelsea who do well regardless of the manager. Man City and Man Utd may struggle in comparison. Should be an interesting season. The first Fergie-less one in a long time, hopefully more fair at Old Trafford.

WELCOME TO SILLY SEASON

Thanks, mate - I am glad that I was invited again.

My life would be so dull and pointless if it was not for these three months of listening to made up nonsense from people who claim to be professional journalists, WUM and the TwITK.

How reliable is SkySports? I see they are quoting Bale's agent and that is NOT good news if true...

Nothing wrong with what the Agents said at all. Just giving himself a lift having one of the best players in the world on his books.

Exactly. To be honest the quote could be way out of context. The question that was put to him could have been: "Will we ever see Bale at Madrid?" It's by no means clear what was said before or after. Anyone know?
