I see no reason to be positive. The teams around us have significantly strengthened and spent big and we have signed 4 squad players.

If every window you're going to measure the big name players we sign against the big name players much richer and bigger clubs sign, then every window you're going to be disappointed. If you were a BVB fan you'd have been disappointed every window for the last decade, bar possibly the one they signed Marcus Reus, apart from him they've never spent more than £5m on player and they're richer than us! The difference is they've got a coaching set-up and head coach who believes in getting the best out of less fancied players who then become the next big thing.

What I think we all need to understand is that we're going down the BVB path, not only that, we should also understand that the BVB path is our only chance of success.

Every time I go on transfer thread there is either a post by Haydsmith having yet another a sly dig at the team or just another random complaining about us not signing some extortionately priced player. It's all water off a ducks back now.
