We have enquired about benteke. We were quoted 28 mill!

Now if we can negotiate it down then the deal is a gooer.

as I said previously spurs were well aware villa was joining athletico so there are other irons in the fire.

what I find amusing is that benteke is not that good. He has potential but there is a lot of imorovement needed.

He might but Higuain may fancy a champions league club at a slightly higher wage? There's was itk somewhere that his wife is working in London now which is why he fancied the move. Unfortunately we may to rely on two other clubs not taking him before he talks to us. We are on the up but perhaps we will attract players who are on the up as well

Wow the ITK has changed its tone. Last week we had some top players lined up but now we have been outbid to the tune of four and a half million for Villa and are probably now hacking off another club with insulting offers for two of the best prospects in Europe.

Pretty sure Villa payed £12m for Benteke. I doubt they will sell for £15m. They want £28m and we've probably started bids at £18m.
