Honestly from where it was at the start of the window yes. All 3 parties have compromised massively to get this to where it is. Transfers are difficult enough as it is without all the financial baggage this one is carrying.

Complete speculation, but it seems like they may announce Reguilon today and then Bale tomorrow if it goes through as expected.
