I don't think Dimi is just a fan mate. But not the place to go into it. I think it's very good info.

You are right it isn't the right place to go into it. So the last word is, he said a player privately telling a fan.

Black and white, no between the lines. I'm only reading what's said, it would be rude to assume otherwise :)

And it is good info, no one has denied that :)

Can any ITK provide clarification on the Fenerbahce situation? With the decision of their appeal coming on August 28th, the day after their 2nd leg with Arsenal, what happens if Fenerbahce wins the tie, but get suspended from the competition.

Is there really a chance for Arsenal to lose the tie, get knocked out, and then become reinstated due to legal BS? So one year we get kicked out of competition because of a crappy rule, and the next Arsenal gets a second chance?

That would be so Spurs-y.
I read somewhere that second turkish team takes their place. Can anyone confirm. Fifa are a joke.

I'm going to throw these numbers out there after PM'ing them to Berglad.

Our average expenditure during the transfer window under ENIC had been 17m net up until 2009. For the last 4 years, our net expenditure has been -12.2 aggregate. One of those years, we spent exactly 17m net. One was -29m and two were -1m.

So there is 51m from previous windows (3 of the last 4) that would have normally been spent (the magic 50m from Lewis?). Plus this years 17m.

That would make a total of 68m that we would normally spend that hadn't been touched until this year.

Right now we've net spent 38m. 30m for Willian makes it 68m.

Probably coincidence. But interesting.

And that doesn't take into account the net money we took in from sales that has usually been spent on transfers as well.

I'm not saying that this is the Goats source on the last ITK

But c'mon!

I am so ITK. JJ eat my dust :D

Seriously I hope the Goat isn't stupid enough to use me as source. I once lost an IQ contest to a one-talon falcon with a case of the Gout. I hate that fucking smart-as falcon so much.

And I thank and love* you for the info. Thanks for the clarification anyway!

*when I say love I mean in a purely brotherly way, not in the man love way, NOT that there is anything wrong with that. Just my clarification.

Keep tapping up those players sir!!

99% sure they already announced that Bursaspor would take their place if suspended.

Cobra (Via Sibs) at TFC:

Madrid have until friday to come up with the money (€100m)

Willian has nothing to do with Bale.

Roma have quoted us their price for Lamela & IF madrid meet our valuation we will move for him...hence his agents quotes about "lets see"...

This is what I've heard:

Metalist Kharkiv was just in the same situation as Fenerbahce and was replaced by PAOK from Greece, whom they eliminated in the previous round.

Based on that precedent, Arsenal looks likely to go through as long as the Fenerbahce ruling is upheld, regardless of whether they win the tie or not.

Lucky scum.
